Croydon Contacts is a small charity supporting adults with learning disabilities in Croydon to enjoy social activities in their local community. We run various events for members, staffed by volunteers & trustees, supported by carers & families. Events include Board Games; Bowling, Cinema & Lunch clubs; Summer day trips to local museums & parks; visiting local pantomimes & shows.

LOCAL GROUP WORKING WITH FAMILIES IN BROAD GREEN, CROYDON. TUESDAY DROP-IN 11AM TO 2PM CLASSES IN ICT, YOGA, DRESS MAKING, KNITTING, MENDHI AND OTHER CRAFTS, ENGLISH AND LITERACY SKILLS AS MANY MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE ENGLISH AS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE, VISITS TO SEA-SIDE, MUSEUMS AND SEASONAL CELEBRATIONS. SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES WITH EXTRA CLASSES.

Premises used for local groups these include local groups disabled, religious, children. Community groups, inc ethnic groups and social groups for entertainment and meetings.

Our activities relate to the activities of Finn Guild. In addition we teach children of Finnish origin Finnish culture and language.

(THM) is very active within the space and place of providing innovative methods of youth engagement that give young people the opportunity to be involved in their community. The alternatives are activities that give youths chances to turn away from antisocial behaviour. We encourage youths to uphold good values and principles.

We offer a range of accredited Parenting Skills courses in schools, Children's Centres and community setting to families. We also provide training to voluntary and statuatory agencies in facilitation skills, and working with parents and their children. Our courses are accredited with the Open College Network London and range from Entry Level to Level Three.

Hazie Days supports children and young people who have special educational needs and long term health problems; and their families. Hazie days providesactivities that are inclusive to all taking into account the individual needs of children; supportive environments for families to seek advise; arts, crafts, games and fun; all to Reduce isolation for children and young people and families.

Primarily the provision and maintenance of places of Christian worship, fellowship and outreach; and secondarily the support of those engaged in Christian ministry and evangelisation. The Whytecliffe Trust also sometimes engages in other activities incidental to the foregoing, e.g. Christian publications. The Charity operates mainly in the Croydon area.
