To advance the art forms of mask, mime and puppetry and to promote the art of mask, mime and puppetry through exhibitions, performance, workshops and teaching. Also to have ownership of artefacts and collections relevant to those art forms, to be curated in the charities own onsite museum.

We are a Charitable Art Foundation based at Shipping Brow Gallery, Maryport. We provide a bursery and accommodation to a young artist to live and work in our community.We have a permenant collection of Maryport Art which is free for local residents. We also showcase work by local artists. We welcome school and community group visits and we hold art workshops for all abilities, free or low cost

Space2Create is a Kendal based Charity using all forms creative activity to improve the well-being of vulnerable individuals suffering or recovering from a range of long term mental and physical health conditions. We work in social setting to improve well-being in the local community. We also exhibit, attend shows, raising awareness, provide space and resources, and challenging stigma.

The Charity enables the conservation of the rare flora of Upper Teesdale by funding research work which will inform future intervention measures at vulnerable sites. It aims to inform the general public about the special flora and the need to protect it. It helps interested volunteers to engage in fieldwork and active conservation measures.

We educate the public in South Cumbria and North Lancashire in the art and science of orchestral music. We promote concerts in Kendal, and manage the Lakeland Sinfonia orchestra.

To run and maintain Blindcrake Village Hall for use by the local community

The main activities are based in the west of Carlisle in an area of deprivation and include but are not limited programmes of regeneration including running a Community Hall and programmes across all ages, children's clubs, healthy cooking, parenting and craft courses etc, running a charity shop providing local volunteering and training, a youth work and alternative education programme

The charity provides playing and sports facilitys for the Levens community.

Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.As Scouts we are guided by our values: Integrity; Respect; Care; Belief; and Co-operation.We provide Scouting to boys and girls age 4-17 in the Cockermouth area.

The Income of the charity is derived from investments and the annual donations made by the charity cover a wide range of activities. Particular emphasis is given to charities operating in the South Tyne area of Northumberland.

Provide a recreational / leisure facilities in Barrow in Furness and Cumbria.Young people of barrow and the surrounding areas need the use of this indoor skate park and will it will provide a safe, secure and controlled environment for people of all ages to ride there BMX, scooter, skates or skateboard, They can ride there BMX, Scooter, Skates or Skateboard to their full potential.

The Charity's main activities revolve around organising community based fund raising events to generate funds to build a new community facility.

We offer childcare for 2, 3 and 4 year olds every morning and four afternoons per week, during the school academic year.

We provide accredited activities to young people who may not otherwise be able to acccess them. Enabling young people to gain benefit socially, economically and personally.

Trinity Church Milnthorpe exists to promote the Christain faith to those who are Christians and those who are not. We do this through public church meetings and various other groups.

Our Friends of School raise money for the benefit of the pupils of Chapel Street Infants and Nursery School

Encouraging improvements in livestock and all areas of agriculture. Encouragement is through competitions, exhibitions and an annual show.

The Westmorland Orchestra is a "classical" symphony orchestra with around 50 members. We rehearse weekly in Kendal and present 3 concerts each year in Kendal and elsewhere in Westmorland. Our repertoire is broad and includes occasional commissions of new works.
