Outward Bound Global protects the use of the Outward Bound trademarks and issues licences to Outward Bound centres worldwide. It promotes best practice across the Outward Bound global network and oversees the application of agreed risk management standards. The Outward Bound centres worldwide are primarily of a non-profit nature and benefit young people through physical endeavour in the outdoors.

To raise funds to provide facilities for patients who are treated within Millom Community Hospital.

Our volunteer coaches and leaders provide opportunities for all to take part in various aspects of paddlesport (canoeing, kayaking, etc.) both locally (south Cumbria) and further afield.

To support the staff and pupils of Raughton Head School by providing resources to enhance the pupils education and learning environment. Finances are raised from various fundraising events, and spent after consultation with the headteacher.
