The charity supports the activities of local groups, mainly Beavers, Cubs, Scouts. Other groups includes Guides, dance classes etc. which are held in our Scout Hut in Chellaston, Derby

Project Nile develops and nurtures children and young adults.

Educational classes for young people and adults.

Scout Group consisting of four sections: one for Squirrel Scouts; one for Beaver Scouts; one for Cub Scouts; and one for Scouts. Providing scouting activities to children aged 5 to 15 years old in the Mickleover area of Derby.

We support asylum seekers and refugees who have to report to the Home Office Reporting Centre in Loughborough. We offer words of welcome and support. We also give out vouchers which can be used at a local community cafe and in the winter we give out hats, gloves and scarves. During the school holidays we provide small gifts for children who accompany their parents.

Maintains premises where people over 50 years of age in the local community can enjoy activities such as dancing, snooker, whist and other card games for a small subscription currently £10pa as from 1-9-25. Holidays & outings for families under stress. Provide clothing for prem babies in Derbyshire hospitals & toiletries for emergency admissions. Provide Helpful Books for children in Primary Schools. Support for women's refuges & help with project for young girls caught up in prostitution. We help run parenting groups and Mother & Toddler groups. Provide Moses Baskets for Derby Refugee Centre.

Restore is the name under which the Charity's principally project operates, providing outreach and drop in services for vulnerable women. The project offers opportunity for change and support for those women who are at a point of desiring change. We work closely with partners to support those considered most vulnerable.

The Derby Choral Union performs concerts and holds other choral events. It aims to increase the public knowledge and appreciation of music by the practice and performance of oratorios and other musical works of high excellence, sacred and secular.

The Club is located in Littleover Lane, Derby, DE23 6JL providing sports, fellowship and social activities for its members and the community. Cricket, Crown Green Bowls and Tennis are played at the ground. New members are always welcome. Bowls and Tennis are played recreationally with senior cricket played in the Derbyshire County League. Cricket is also available for juniors aged 5 - 17 years.

To maintain the land and buildings of the charity and to ensure the continued use of the chapel as a place of worchip.

The charity is committed to building an enabling environment to promote the teaching of Christian principles and family-friendly virtues. We aim to inspire and motivate individuals through these teachings. We seek to be a channel of relief and blessing to the less fortunate through the alleviation of poverty and charitable giving processes in our local community, area and worldwide.

Local community centre. We provide meeting facilities for local groups, including pre-school, running club, drama, religious group, yoga.

The trustees have maintained a programme of support for: (1) Christian relief organisations, overseas mission agencies and projects; (2) Schemes for relief of poverty and sources of poverty within the Midlands; (3) Support for local church mission projects, primarily within Derbyshire.

Hamaari currently provides a wide range of activities within Normanton in Derby City area. The activities provided are basic benefit advice to clients, interpreting and advocating on their behalf.

The principal activity of the Group is managing the Community Centre which is hired out to various groups, societies and local individuals for meetings and activities. A monthly social evening is also run by the Trustees.

The objective of the Deer Shed is the advancement of education through training and life-long learning. The Deer Shed aim is to promote skills, build confidence and develop independence in young adults with learning difficulties in Derbyshire. By providing a safe and nurturing environment, our mission is to equip young adults with learning disabilities to find sustainable employment

Management of an independant community centre providing accommodation for many varied groups at a reasonable cost to the users while being able to maintain the interior and fitting in good repair.

Support for families who have lost loved ones to knife, gun and gang crime. Raising awareness of the impacts of violent crime through presentations and safety events. Citizenship through recreation-drama, music,dance and sport. Creating educational opportunities, working with partners to facilitate mentoring, employment and apprenticeships. Campaign for justice, championing the rights of victims.
