We also provide satellite sites for the use of football and cricket and are home to fishing clubs, snooker clubs,organ society's and an over 60s club.

The charity undertakes musical rehearsals and puts on public concerts and workshops of choral music.

The charity makes grants to the classes shown in A8c for the benefit of children and young persons in need, hardship or distress for the purposes shown in A8a. Grants are made entirely at the discretion of the trustees. We do not make grants for computer equipment, education, overseas travel or individual holidays.

To educate the public in the arts and sciences, particularly the art and science of music, by maintaining a choir and performing up to six concerts per year plus occasional smaller concerts and workshops.

Happivale is a social club for adults of all ages who have learning and/or physical disabilities who use the club on Monday & Friday evening, Friday morning and some Saturdays from within a 20 mile radius.

Provision of a village hall for the villages of Youlgrave, Middleton and Alport, near Bakewell in Derbyshire

To apply such of the income as the Trustees determine for the benefit of The Retreat, York, (a non-profit making Registered Nursing Home) to make grants to meetings of the Religious Society of Friends and to enable travelling in the Ministry.

The choir rehearses weekly and performs in public approximately 10 times each year. In so doing we are able to improve the musical knowledge and abilities of our members, foster public appreciation of choral music, and raise money for charitable musical causes.

The conservation and restoration of Heage Windmill. To open it to the public at regular intervals and to widen the knowledge about windmills and the milling process.

To provide accommodation for M S sufferers.

The relief of persons in need resident in the area of benefit who are sick, convalescent, disabled or infirm by relieving their suffering or assisting their recovery.

Evangelical Church, Host for Local Area Social Services, Parent & Toddler Groups as well as miscellaneous local activities

Local community hub that offers clubs, societies and friendship groups facilities to support their activities. In a modern, safe and inclusive environment.

To promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and intenational communities by way of the Scout Method promoted by the Scout Association.

The principal activity is the advancement of the Christian faith.

Samaritans offers confidential emotional support 24 hours a day to those who are experiencing feelings of emotional distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide. Samaritans listen and encourage the recognition and exploration of their options. We make our support available by telephone, email, letter, face to face, SMS, in prisons, schools and the wider community.

Offers recreational facilities such as snooker and pool and fundraising activities such as raffles and totes. Hires out its facilities for use by its members for private parties etc. The charity also has a bowling green.

Scouting.Physical, mental and social development of young people.

To encourage the physical, mental & spiritual development of young people so that they can take a constructive place in society. This is achieved by providing an enjoyable & attractive scheme of progressive training based on the scout promise & law and guided by adult leadership.
