Rock 'n' Soul Singers are a community choir based in Underwood Nottinghamshire. The Choir takes part in concerts and raises money for its nominated charity which is chosen by the choir members each financial year. The Rock 'n' Soul Singers is a mixed choir with around 50 members that sing rock, pop and soul music from the sixties to the present day.

Pride in Belper promotes LGBTQ visibility and allyship. Information and support are given to local schools, churches, shops, and community groups in the form of guidance and knowledge around inclusion and belonging. We hold an annual LGBTQ pride event in the heart of Belper Derbyshire which is open to all and involves organisations, charities and businesses in the area of Belper.

The choir raises money through a fund-raising Christmas Concert in order to support a local Hospital, Health-related project, charity or organisation. The selected beneficiary varies each year, and the choir rehearses for the Concert from September to December.

To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Great Longstone, Little Longstone, Rowland and Hassop in Derbyshire the provision of facilities for the sport, recreation or other leisure time occupation.

After more than 10 years of closure an extended & refurbished amenity was finally opened in March 2010. The Parish Room now has a main hall, new toilets (including one for disabled use), a kitchen and small store room. This amenity is available for community use/ hire, and the Trust's task is to ensure that this facility remains in the community, for the community.

Friends of Ashover Primary School aims to advance the education of pupils at the school by (1) developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school and (2) engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. This is financed by running a range of fundraising events.

A public playing field with a football and cricket pitch plus childrens play areas managed on behalf of the Fields in Trust by Youlgrave Parish Council. Designated a Queen Elizabeth II Field in 2012. Also owns the public toilets in the centre of the village for use by walkers, visitors and locals
