Distribution of small amounts annually on application. Grants to be used for bedding, tools etc according to the various Wills involved in this Charity.

We aim to create an environment where young people aged 8-18 can reach their full potential whatever their circumstances. We provide a balanced programme of activities that develops the whole person in an environment of social interaction and team working, using a nautical theme based on the customs and traditions of the Royal and Merchant Navies.

Social events, attending remembrance services, annual service and parade at Harwick Hall and collecting for airborne charities.

ADVANCED DRIVER TRAINING

The object of the Association is to relieve cardiac patients who are sick; convalescent; disabled;handicapped;infirm or otherwise in need of assistance and to generally support the charitable work of the cardio thoracic unit at the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield by the provision of of specialized equipment not normally provided by the Local Health Authority.

SOUP provide an outreach service to individuals who are suffering from extreme isolation and are beyond reach of traditional charities who have no family or friends and scarce financial security by providing material and Mental health support. Fundraising and grants for other charities by organising Wellness events and concerts. Mental health support programmes for staff of other charities.

Income is from money deposited in the account some years ago. Money remains there for disbursement. No money has been added for a while apart from interest. There are no other activities to raise income.

Money for Baslow and Curbar Schools

To raise funds through a range of events (eg. Fairs, discos, film nights) to enhance the learning environment for children at the School.

The charity operates by supporting pupils'specific needs within the school

Provides grants at christmas for the relief of the poor.

Warm welcome to all visitors. We offer recreational & leisure time activities; Advice & support where possible; Laptops & WiFi access; Education/training support eg. Computers for Beginners; Standing Tall Support helping to make positive changes; Youth & toddler activities; Local partners eg. Councillors, Social prescribers, Tenancy officers & their clients; Support local foodbank & summer gala.

The charity offers free educational and training events, and counselling and mentoring opportunities for young individuals to achieve its objectives. It has a pool of collaborators from academia and industry to provide educational and training opportunities in science and engineering. In particular, educational objectives are met through the organisation of free e-learning courses.
