The Lions Club of Tavistock organises fund raising activities for and on behalf of the local community of Tavistock and surrounding area. Events include the Town Carnival, a firework display and the Christmas Trees of Light. The club also helps the local town council with a park and ride scheme for Goose Fair and provides marshals for other events in the town.

Christian support to local educatonal services in assisting with school assemblies and running lunch clubs etc.Communication links between school and church.Encourage young people to develop a confident faith and live this out consistently.Participate in positive corporate youth strategy in the city and work with similar projects.

Plan &Organise an Annual Festival of Arts, Music, Literature & Plays in the Dorset Town of Beaminster for the Education & Benefit of people & children in West Dorset and the surrounding area.

The aims of the Exmouth Youth Theatre are to advance the education of children and young peoplein music and the performing arts and to promote, improve, develop and maintain public educationand appreciation of music and the Performing Arts for children and young people residing inExmouth and the district of Devon. Our policy is one of encouraging diversity, inclusion and equality.

To establish and run a village hall to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Lympstone and its immediate vicinity the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.

For young people in the rural community to gain skills and confidence in a variety of events, with the opportunity to represent their County in competitions.

ELM Wildlife rescue and rehabilitates British wildlife, primarily hedgehogs but we do take other wildlife when space allows; we medicate and house all casualties. Our capacity at the moment is 220 animals, we are supported by a team of over 100 volunteers and we are open 365 days a year. The Association manages Sunningmead Community Centre and Park in Cranmore Ward, Tiverton, Mid Devon - a Ward with recognised high multi deprivation. With help from 6 volunteers, good partnerships and regular clubs, it provides and hosts facilities, activities, services and training to support local families, the disabled, young people, senior citizens and the unemployed.

Clapham Film Unit provides training and equipment to enable people to tell their own stories on film. We keep an archive of the work created and organise screenings. We provide advice about fund raising, employment and further study in the media industry. We provide a network of filmmakers and a mentor system.
