PRE-SCHOOL AND PLAYGROUP

To establish and maintain a heritage facility in Bishopsteignton, Devon, in order to advance the education of, and for the benefit of the community?We have established an Annual Molly Coombe lecture and continue a programme of irregular talks relating to the village and the surrounding area, a research group and soon hope to install information boards and a website link to all our activities.

To provide a musical education for the young, in particular, orchestral training for music students and young professionals.

Youth and Senior Football Activities

For the Parishioners of Shaugh Prior Parish. Provides a recreation Field with 2 Football Pitches with a pavilion for both men's & youth teams using the facilities and cricket can also be played but at present is not being used. Bowling green with associated pavilion and hard tennis courts which are not currently used. A large hall used by local WI, over 60's group, Dancing Club, Panto & Badminton

We provide trained parent volunteers to Devon neonatal units so that new parents can to talk to someone who has been there before, without having to leave their new baby's side. This can be a one-off information and advice session or become regular mentoring and befriending. SNUG also operate an online forum and run monthly post-neonatal groups, all across Devon.

To help and support the most vulnerable individuals and families in our neighbourhood. To assist with fuel and food poverty, help find accommodation and furniture,white goods, signpost people to receive help via CAB, housing and benefits.Run entirely by volunteers based in Dartmouth Devon

Community Pre-School

Fundraising to provide a childcare provision for children ages 2 - 4 years.

Help for Homeless provides vital support to the homeless on the streets of towns or cities in the South West. With help from its network of volunteers help for HOMELESS goes onto the streets and distributes from a van essentials including; bedding, tents, clothing, sanitaryware and food.

The provision of grants for further education, professional or sports training to financially disadvantaged students, mainly living away from home, who, in the opinion of the trustees, would benefit from financial assistance unobtainable from other sources. The trustees have the authority to fund academic departments/chairs, or buildings used by or lived in by the financially disadvantaged

Football Club

South Molton Cottage Homes provides accommodation for elderly people who have lived in the area for at least 5 years. There are eight cottages, 4 for single occupancy and 4 for couples. All are occupied at the present time.

Promotion of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Promotion of religious and secular education, relieve the poor, promote community activities.

The CIO provides almshouses to people who are in need or experiencing poverty or infirmity. All the almshouses are in central Totnes, Devon

SHCF is a non-denominational independent gathering of Christian people who meet in the Chapel, located in Fore St. Kingsbridge for public worship every Sunday. SHCF is an 'open to the public' church in voluntary association with the local 'Churches Gathering' group of churches and a member of the Evangelical Alliance, working to make the Gospel of Christ known to all through Biblical preaching.

Amateur Swimming Club

We manage the village hall in Ilsington for many regular as well as occasional users. An extension was built on to the village hall and this now houses the community shop. We also now have a meeting room as well as the hall.

The Charity's activities are achieved via various social media platforms offering regular healing days with individual prayer, silence and space, and offering appointments for prayer ministry supported by a team of trained helpers.

Presents public choir concerts and broadcasts in local venues with members from Bristol and surrounding counties and hosts educational tours for its members.
