Action Ethiopia is the working name for SUNARMA UK. It offers technical and financial support to our sister organisation in Ethiopia. The projects work with rural communities to help them manage natural resources and build sustainable livelihoods more effectively.

BCWT will provide community workshop facilities for the broadest possible range of local people in Budleigh Salterton and the surrounding area. A key objective is to bring the community together to the benefit of both the volunteers running the wide range of activities within the workshop and those participating in these activities.

We make sure there is someone there for anyone who needs someone. Every year, we answer more than 5 million calls for help via our unique 24 hour listening service, email, text, letter, face to face and through our Welsh language service. We give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others. We want to encourage, promote and celebrate those moments of connection to save lives.

The activities of this charity are at present principally concerned with the care, maintenance and development of buildings and property owned by the Blackdown Hills Mission which are used for extensive regular Christian and social activities among young and elderly people in addition to general religious purposes and services.

Religious activities

Children and Families in Grief (CFG) offers free support to all South Devon Children, young people and their family or carers who have lost a significant person, through death.The CFG team consists of counsellors, professionals and volunteers.

Enables amateur performers in the Arts of Dance, Music, Speech and Drama, to compete before an audience, with verbal and written feedback from professional adjudicators.

Church & Christian charity. Inspiration operates as a local church within Okehampton.TThe charity operates a parent & toddler group, and youth group, in Okehampton.

All monies are to be applied for the relief of the poor and needy or to or for such other charitable purpose, institution, society or objects as the Club shall direct.

The main function a Social Club is to provide deaf members with a stable environment and served those, whos first language is British Sign Language. The club has a rich source of information for deaf, hearing impaired and hearing people. There is a link to local social services and the Church of England and pastoral care.

Community development in Newtown, Exeter and the neighbourhood. Establish and manage a building as a community centre for use primarily by community groups. Act as an umbrella organisation for activities within the area. The trustees have regard to guidance by the Charity Commission on public benefit to inform the planning of activities.
