The objects of the CIO are to promote the history, preservation, maintenance, renovation, and repair of the Tiverton Town Leat and associated structures from its origin at Norwood Common, through the village of Chettiscombe, into and through the town of Tiverton, in Mid-Devon, for the benefit of local people and the general public.

THE SOCIETY OPERATES AN ART & CRAFT GALLERY, SHOWCASING WORK FROM LOCAL N DEVON RESIDENTS AFTER EXPENSES ANY PROFIT FROM COMMISSION TAKEN FROM SALES OF WORK, DONATIONS & ANNUAL DRAW IS GIVEN TO ASSIST IN HELPING LOCAL CAUSES IN THE WELFARE OF THE PUBLIC.2017 A COMMUNITY AREA WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SCHOOLS AND LOCAL GROUPS TO GIVE THEM WIDER PUBLIC SUPPORT IN THE COMMUNITY. WORKSHOPS ALSO PLANNED.

To manage and maintain all aspects of running the village hall, in order to hire out to local organisations and individuals. Also adhereing to all conditions on our premises licence issued by Torridge District Council.

The aims of the society are primarily realised by promoting professional concerts of music. During the year we promoted several such concerts. A programme of events for the next year has been arranged and the brochure giving details of these activities and of the society generally is readily available to the public.

To maintain and look after the Church Room, making it available to local groups at a reasonable rent to enable many people of all ages to meet together and participate in beneficial activities.

Meridian Raw CIO is a registered charity that helps to bring about social change and advocacy through creative participatory photography programmes, inspiring photo-walks and community photography projects. We use photography as an empowerment tool for marginalised communities, socially excluded individuals and for the wider community.

The Trustees see their principal purpose as being that of supporting the Church in its task of spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. The Trustees only consider applications from organisations known to them.

Raise money to help support and purchase items for the pupils of Bradley Barton Primary School.

(1) To promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of choral music in all its aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and in such other ways as the Chorale may from time to time decide.(2) To assist and further such charitable institutions and charitable purposes as the committee shall from time to time determine.

We provide support to local groups and projects within the Lyn Community and manage Community Buildings that are under our remit.

Maintains Belstone Village Hall for the benefit of the local community. Organises events in the Hall to raise funds for the Hall's maintenance.
