Bournemouth North Girlguiding gives girls and young women a space where they can be themselves, have fun, build brilliant friendships, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference to their lives and their communities. We build girls confidence and raise their aspirations. We give them the chance to discover their full potential and encourage them to be a powerful force for good.

Stoborough School Parent Teacher Association works to provide funds for additional activities and resources for the local children at Stoborough First School.

Providing recreational and leisure facilities for people with disabilities and elderly people in Dorchester and surrounding area to improve their quality of life.

Tiny Tots provides an inclusive, diverse and stimulating setting of early years play, and education, for babies and toddlers. We also facilitate a social support network for parents, carers and guardians. Our services are available through weekly, term-time sessions from a community facility in the heart of Mudeford, Dorset.

We try to make life a little more bearable for those on the streets.As well as providing hot nutritious meals we offer clothing, hygiene essentials, a laundry service and a wash & swap service for sleeping bags.We also help, support and signpost to other agencies and organisations for continued support in specific areas of need.

Maintaining the hall to a high standard for the benefit of the local inhabitants.

Hedgehog Friendly Portland raises awareness of hedgehogs and how we can help them survive and thrive, and rescues sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs and rehabilitates them for release back to the wild.

Onwership of the freehold of the Priest's House Museum, Wimborne and management of the Hilda Coles legacy

Offers assistance to present/past pupils of Dorset schools (Dec73 boundaries) where a financial need is demonstrated.eg 1) costs of courses where statutory grants are not available; these include academic, vocational, practical & specialist training2) purchase of specialist clothing, tools, instruments, books or other materials3) costs of travelling in UK or abroad for educational purposes.

Providing premises for village organisations, playgroup & toddler group, & a venue for communal functions, drama presentations & private parties, wedding receptions etc

Youth Group run by volunteers and funded by membership fees and fundraising activities adhering to P.O.R. regulations issued by Scouting HQ for children aged between 6yrs and young adults through, beavers, cubs, scouts, young leaders, explorer and network scout sections. Activities include physical challenges, badge work schemes and charitable activities to help or enhance the lives of others.

Provides a meeting place for local community and beyond.

The Trust collects contributions from Clubs within the District and distributes these with any funds already held to the relevant organisations.
