The charity supports chronically-ill renal patients, and their carers, who are outpatients attending the Newcastle Upon HospitalsNHS Foundation Trust Renal Units.

We aim to raise money to assist the families of sick and deceased children throughout Cumbria and the North East of England. We do this by staging multiple events each year, which we encourage as many people as possible to participate in.

Bright Red aims to improve the lives and treatment of people with blood cancer across the north of England. Through investments in patient care, research and education we are striving to beat illnesses such as leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma myelodysplasia and myeloproliferative diseases.

The Charity raises money by way of a variety of local projects.These funds are then given to local and international charities.There is a priority to help youth based charities.

Newcastle Frontrunners is a running club catering to the north-east of England, and based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We are part of the International Frontrunners network, a family of running clubs which are inclusive and welcome all sections of the community. We aim to reduce homophobia and improve Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT plus) communities participation in sport and running.

Providing additional support for Durham Cathedral Schools Foundation in the nature of social events and fund raising.

Village hall used by the residents of the village & the surrounding district. Activities in the hall are:- meetings, exercise classes, demonstrations, craft fairs & functions both private and for the village.

Scout Association Group with 2 Beaver Colonies, 2 Cub Packs and 2 Scout Troops.

To improve facilities and services on offer and promote the interests of NUDSA members.To work with Newcastle United Football Club and other football clubs' to achieve a common standard of facilities and services. To raise funds to help NUDSA achieve its aims. We currently have about 4-5 socials each year at St James' Park, there are special events just for our younger members the 'ZEBRAS'.

General small village activities for young & old.

The object of the CIO is the advancement of education, for the public benefit, by the provision of schools, teaching, sponsorship and vocational training for the development of the mental, physical and moral capabilities in India. We have set up partnerships with charities operating in Rajasthan providing education and apprenticeships. Our main UK activity is fundraising and applying for grants.

The provision of a varied and structured programme of activities, delivered by trained volunteer leaders, to enable girls and young women to reach their full potential. We promote the advancement of arts education and appreciation and support the preservation of our artistic heritage. These aims are realised through the monthly lectures, study days and outings for our members and volunteer activities which include local conservation projects, Church Recording and Young Arts projects for local young people.
