We are a mixed choir of about 35 members aiming to help people enjoy singing and develop their musical talents through training, rehearsal and public performances. Our concerts are mainly to raise funds for local charities and good causes.

To relieve the needs of socially and economically disadvantaged children and young people residing in HU1 to HU9 through, assisting in the provision of access to sports, recreational activities, equipment and the costs associated with participation to enable them to take part and providing funding to organisations and clubs to provide facilities for sport and recreational activities.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants ofthe Parish of Brantingham and the neighbourhood thereof without distinction of political, religious and otheropinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms ofrecreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving theconditions of life.

The Hall is for the benefit of everyone who lives in the rural parish of Easington. It is used for social, recreational and fund raising including 2 coffee mornings every week, bingo, 2 bowling groups, a weekly luncheon club, dances, wedding receptions/funeral receptions and parties, educational courses, seminars, exhibitions, promotions and parish council meetings as well as other group meetings.

To sustain Yapham village hall for the use of residents of Yapham-cum-Meltonby Parish and its neighbourhood and, in particular, encourage its use for meetings, lectures, education classes and for all other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving quality of life for residents.
