Wishing Well is a small International Children's Charity. We work in Romania, Tanzania and the UK. We work mostly through volunteers in the field of health and education.

DANEHILL CE SCHOOL PTA ORGANISES AND HOSTS A WIDE VARIETY OF FUNDRAISING EVENTS, THE PURPOSES OF WHICH ARE TO RAISE MONIES TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL IN ADVANCING AND ENHANCING THE EDUCATION AND WELLBEING OF ITS PUPILS. THE PTA WORKS CLOSELY WITH THE TEACHING STAFF AT THE SCHOOL TO DETERMINE THE WAY IN WHICH THE FUNDS RAISED CAN BE BEST UTILISED TO COMPLEMENT THE CURRICULUM.

General fund raising and community service activities

We run a series of five concerts per season in East Sussex and Kent, catering partly for the many elderly people in the area who find it difficult to travel to hear serious live music and partly for the general public. We do our best to engage, among others, young performers early in their careers to enable them to gain experience and broaden their repertoires.
