Charity and VCS support, Health, Social welfareWe offer free counselling sessions via trainee counsellors to adults living in Essex who are experiencing suicidal thoughts. This can be offered face to face, over the phone or via Zoom. We are currently offering befriending and coaching via volunteers but this may finish in 2023 due to a lack of volunteers. We offer peer support coffee afternoons, currently in Thurrock, Southend and Maldon.
