The objects of the CIO is for the public benefit the advancement of health and saving lives through the provision of first aid and event medical services in Essex and surrounding areas, and facilitation of training to our membership and the wider population.

The Gardens of Easton Lodge Preservation Trust exists to protect these historic gardens, their atmosphere and integrity for the continuing benefit and enjoyment of the public

To promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of choral and orchestral music in all aspects by the presentation of public choral and orchestral concerts and for the general purposes of such charitable bodies or for such other purposes as shall be exclusively charitable as the trustees may from time to time decide.

The charity pays the income of the trust fund for the benefit of such charitable institutions as the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit. The trust manager reviews applications for grants when received and grants are awarded at the trustee's discretion.

Education/training activities in respect of scouting

GIVING RELIEF TO THE NEEDY AND DESERVING POOR, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONGST THOSE PROFESSING THE ROMAN CATHOLIC FAITH.

The following ongoing activities: Prayer session for the local Muslim Community daily five times; Elderly and pensioner club; Job club for local unemployed people i.e. CV writing, interview skills & the job search. Sports and recreational activities for Young people indoor and outdoor games; Homework tuition and religious education classes, community cohesion, and diversity & inclusion project.

The Keene Hall Charity runs a popular village hall which is hired by local clubs and associations who run activities for all age groups, together with private hires for weddings, parties and lecture evenings

The charities activities are concerned with the general support of people and organisations that require financial assistance in pursuing educational and spiritual development and more general needs for the community benefit.

The charity's objects are the relief of people with mobility problems within Chelmsford by provision and maintenance of facilities, in particular electric scooters, wheelchairs and similar equipment with the object of improving their mobility and conditions of life.

The charity distributes its nett income to the Town Estate Non Ecclesiastical Charity (two thirds) and the Town Estate Ecclesiastical Charity (one third) after retaining a reserve fund towards the future development of Yardleys Farm.

Activities

The object of the charity is to advance the education of the pupils of St Mary's Catholic School, Bishop's Stortford, and in particular to raise the capital funds required for the provision of new buildings or the improvement of existing buildings.

To maintain a village hall facility for the community of St Osyth and others, on a non profit basis cleaning and maintenance are contracted out. 14 local groups and organizations regularly use this facility also members of the parish hire the hall for social and community events

Standard Charitable activities

Part of the Worldwide group of Scouting for young persons. Activities are many geared towards the age various age groups and are set to challenge each individual whilst encouraging team work and friendship along the way

The PFA raises money by holding charitable events. All funds go back in to the school to benefit every child in the form of computers, a school bus and other items.

The objects shall be the relief of people with physical or learning disabilities by the teaching, development and practice of swimming and other water based activities for its members and shall, where appropriate, be to compete.

We provide a community hall and hub consisting of a large hall, small meeting room and bar, and community cafe. . We hope to open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 10 PM. The Community cafe will open for at least four hours each day. The bar will only be open to support the charity activity unless hired to a third party.Anyone can access the Hall, there is no membership nor membership fee.

1)Promote and protect the physical and mental health of sufferers of testicular cancer in Norfolk and neighbouring counties through the provision of support, education and practical advice to patients and their families.2) Advance the education of the general public in all areas relating to testicular cancer.

The advancement of education and the development of children below compulsory school age by following the Early Years Foundation Stage framework through the provision of a broad and balanced programme of activities in a high quality, stimulating environment to enable the children to learn through their play and to fulfil their potential.
