We are a parents and friends association for St. Mary's CEVA Primary School in Shenfield and we organise fundraising events throughout the year to raise money to benefit the school.

Harlow Chorus provides participants (young and old) with a creative, enjoyable and fulfilling educational activity, through training in both vocal techniques and musical repertoire. For audiences, we present exciting, innovative and high quality performances which should always be a pleasurable cultural experience, but will sometimes challenge and educate them by extending their musical knowledge.

The general objective of the charity is the provision of housing for pensioners.

Generally raising money for use in the school to benefit the children. Activities include school disco's, Summer and Christmas fairs and other general school fundraising events.

Toe Beans Cat Rescue rescues, rehabilitates, rehomes and otherwise provides for the welfare andrelief of suffering of unwanted or unowned cats in need of care and attention in and around UttlesfordDistrict Council area, Essex.It promotes humane behaviour towards cats by advising and educating the public on welfare matters.

Almshouses for poor people of Rochford District.

We provide accomodation for six single elderly persons in six historic 16th century one bedroom cottages, who have lived or worked in the Rochford district.

To own and hold land and buildings for the recreational use, and to benefit the residents of Harlow. Part of the land must be open space as recreational and play areas for children, part may be occupied by self-supporting clubs.

The purpose of scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social & spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens & as members of their local, national & international communities. Scouting uses a method which is young people in partnership with adults.

The Earls Colne & Halstead Educational Charity assists people up to the age of 25 in any sphere of educational activity. Applicants to the charity must have attended school or have lived for at least one year within the charity's catchment area in North Essex. The charity also makes grants to schools and to voluntary organisations offering opportunities for young people in the same locality.

The advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faithprimarily, but not exclusively, within Colchester, Essex and the surroundingneighbourhood; and the prevention and relief of need, hardship and sickness, theadvancement of education, and the provision of facilities and social welfare by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial or social hardship.

The Charity?s main objectives are to reach out and provide support and aid to individuals who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress as a result of local or national disaster or by reason of their social and economic circumstances and to advance and promote the Sikh religion.

We provide educational and social activities for retired/semi retired people over the age of 55. These include speakers on matters of general interest ie the EU, history, nature, authors and art. We also have theatre outings, visits to historical houses/gardens and museums. Various groups are also run by the members which include walking, book clubs and astronomy.

Advance education and social participation for people retired or semi retired by providing facilities and guidance for leisure time and recreational activities with the object of improving conditions of life in the interests of their social welfare.

Christian church ministry and outreach in the Ilford and East London area.

The main activities of the Charity includes the following though not exhaustive:To relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship or who are aged or sick and to relieve the distress caused thereby in the said County and in such other parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees may from time to time think fit;The charity is available to people of all races, sex & creed

To advance the education of the pupils at Chigwell School in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff, pupils and others associated with the school as well as engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which supports the school and advances the education of the pupils.

We continue to provide a community hall for the benefit of residents of the area. Many groups use the hall including pre-school, religious, dance, martial arts, cats, dogs, fit club, community kitchen, and Duke of Edinburgh. The hall is used at weekends for private hire parties. We have 4 trustees.

The principal activity of the River Thames Society continues to be that of preserving and promoting the beauties and amenities of the River Thames

BIYB provides young people an opportunity be part of a marching and concert band. From representing the UK in international tattoos along side professional bands, to leading the local town Remembrance Parade. With band members only paying a nominal fee and with all 'employees' being unpaid volunteers this is an amazing charity that requires and deserves support.

To provide facilities for use by the Shotgate community and surrounding area.Actitivities include play group, over 50s club, table tennis, wine club, gardening club etc.Shotgate Community Hall is available for hire for private functions weddings, parties etc.

To support and encourage the Dean and Chapter in their work and to add to the fabric and beauty of the Cathedral by contributing towards to its restoration, maintenance and improvements as a token of the gratitude which the people of Suffolk, and others, owe to Almighty God.
