Management of village hall

Variety of school-based fund raising activities held throughout school academic year, such as fireworks event, Christmas and Summer fayres, mothers and fathers day, children's disco, social events, and raffles.

The charity has raised money from various activities including Christmas Bazaar, Summer Fete, Childrens Discos, Shopping Trips, Quizz Nights, Film Nights. All these activities have helped to raise money for play equipment within the school.

Members study and record the plants, birds, insects and other wildlife, and their habitats, in the London area, through field meetings, talks, and publications. The general public is welcome at all events. Grants are available to support research and the conservation of biodiversity.

To advance, improve, develop, and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by any means the trustees see fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals.

THE PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION. THE SECONDARY ACTIVITY IS ALLEVIATING POVERTY AND PROVIDING RELIEF SERVICES TO PROMOTE THE WELL BEING OF ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN STRICKEN WITH PLAGUES OF NATURAL AND HUMAN DISASTERS.

General charitable purposes

The object of the Charity is to maintain Little Canfield Village Hall for the communal benefit of the inhabitants of Little Canfield and its surrounds. The Committee aims to offer facilities at an affordable cost to organisations serving the community.

To advance the education of the pupils of the pre school by providing assistance in the provision of facilities for the pre school and as an ancillary thereto and in furtherance of this object the Association may: a)foster more extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school b)engage in activities which support and advance the education of the pupils attending.

Running Scout sections, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts with various internal and external activities for young persons in the Hutton area.

Our Activities include:a. Excursions to historic placesb. Summer Schools teaching English, Mathematics, French, German and Spanish etc. in addition to taking them to inspiring and educational sites.c. Schools Choral Competitions, promoting healthy competition and friendship amongst young people.d. Homework Clubs for Children aged 8 to 16 years old, teaching English, Mathematics and Science

To manage a community facility by way of a Village Hall for educational and leisure purposes for the local community.

Provision of affordable housing in the form of Almshouses to residents of Rettendon.

Maintain and manage the Holland Public Hall, enabling many diverse community groups to use the resources. Providing a safe and pleasant environment with full Disabled access. Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations and COVID 19 regulations are followed. Providing a valuable resource to the community of CO15 in accordance with our constitution.

To fund raise by various events to provide other funds for school equipment and needs. This is achieved by various events such as xmas bazaar, summer event, quiz nights, xmas cards and many others.

We have two halls to let, either on a regular or occasional basis, at reasonable rates. Each has a kitchen and good lighting. The larger one is suitable for sports, parties etc. The smaller one is carpeted, with chairs and tables and is suitable for meetings etc. Information from the Bookings Officer 07977 557431.

AFFILIATED TO THE ROUND TABLE OF GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND. SAFFRON WALDEN ROUND TABLE RAISES FUNDS THROUGH EVENTS AND COMMUNUITY SERVICES ACTIVITIES TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY.

We are a community charity who provide support across South Essex. We are a non-judgemental, non-discriminatory group who rely solely on donations, with support primarily in the form of food parcels. The group has a varied network of supporters, ranging in nature from private to corporate. A network of General Practitioners and Social workers also interact with the group,

To work for the assistance of persons who are suicidal, despairing or in distress in Cambridge and elsewhere in the UK.

THE CHARITY HAS A PRIMARY MINISTRY IN GAY, LESBIAN, BISEXUAL AND TRANSGENDER COMMUNITIES, PROVIDING THE SAFE ENVIRONMENT OF AN ACCEPTING CONGREGATION WHERE PEOPLE CAN FIND GOD'S SALVATION, PERSONAL SUPPORT, SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND GUIDANCE TOWARD HEALTH AND WHOLENESS. THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH CELEBRATIVE WORSHIP SERVICES, SUPPORTIVE CARE GROUPS, COMMUNITY OUTREACH, JUSTICE, ADVOCACY AND SOCIAL ACTION

School Fund used for benefit of the children

The Essex Birdwatching Society exists to promote for the benefit of the public, conservation, education, knowledge and protection in relation to wild birds in the ceremonial County of Essex, including the areas of unitary authorities and in the London Boroughs of Barking, Havering, Newham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest.

1) To advance in life and relieve needs of young people living in Tiptree and the surrounding area through: (a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities (b) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society. 2) To advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public.
