The main objective of the Charity is to provide funds to support children and young people under 25 living in the parish of St. Leonard's Southminster and neighbouring parishes. This can include financial support for the governors of Southminster Primary School. Grants may also be allocated to individuals or other bodies, after an application to the Trustees, in accordance with the scheme.

Organising and financing an annual summer day trip, social outings and a Christmas lunch for the senior citizens of the Newmarket area. Provision of donations to other charities and causes with charitable aims.

PTA EVENTS

STRIDE FOUNDATION UK is an established charity working to provide counselling and advice to those who have the desire to recover, and those who are recovering from substance abuse and their families. STRIDE also provides access to information and education to improve understanding and public perception of the issues surrounding addiction.

It is a self help group for people no longer in full time employment providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities. It draws upon knowledge, experience and skills of our own members to organise and provide interest groups in accordance with wishes of the membership

The Charity receives donations from members of the public and makes donations to Churches in the Church of England Deanery of Colchester to assist with the cost of undertaking capital projects on Church buildings.

The Principal objectives of the Charity is to ' Advance the education of the Pupil's at The Bishop's Stortford High School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school. Activity continue to develop generating both funds and Public Awareness of the Charity led by volunteer Fundraising.Registered charities with opening balance £62,660 raised previously

SAFE provides a range of activities for children and adults with Asperger Syndrome, these include SAFE Stuff, SAFE Youth Activity Club, Hub Club Southend (run in conjunction with Southend Borough Council Early Help Community Team), A.S.A.P. (Asperger Syndrome Adults and Parents), we also have a group for Women only, and other support group meetings.

The prime purpose is to provide financial assistance to "poor clergy" throughout the Chelmsford Diocese. This includes those whose own parents are now among their dependants. Support extends into retirement and-after death-continues to provide grants for surviving spouses and dependant children.
