MEMBER GROUP OF THE RIDING FOR THE DISABLED ASSOCIATION PROVIDING REMEDIAL EXERCISE AND CONFIDENCE BUILDING TO DISABLED CHILDREN FROM LOCAL SCHOOLS BY MEANS OF WEEKLY RIDING LESSONS ON HORSEBACK UNDER QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS AT AN INDOOR RIDING SCHOOL.

To enable women who are interested in issues associated with rural life (including arts, crafts and sciences) to improve and develop conditions of rural life, to advance their education in citizenship, in public questions (both national and international) in music, drama & other cultural subjects, and in all branches of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health & social welfare.

We are a WI based at Leigh Community Centre in Leigh on Sea, Essex.

To advance the Christian religion in accordance with Christian principles in the United Kingdom and other parts of the World for the benefit of the public by the holding of prayer meetings, public celebration of religious festivals, distributing literature on the Christian faith to enlighten others about the Christian religion and by broadcasting Christian messages of an evangelistic nature.

Provide Scouting Activities for Boys and Girls.

The toy library promotes the welfare and education of children through play. We provide a lending service of toys and play equipment to all children particularly those with additional needs A soft play area for families to bring their children to play We are open 3 days a week,and hold stay and play session during our opening times

Dance 21 provides dance sessions for children and young adults with Down Syndrome and their siblings. We operate in Chelmsford, Essex and Woodford, Greater London. We hold three weekly classes during school term time in both locations

Essex Retired Police Dogs Fund (ERPDF) operates in Essex and raises money from donations, promotional events and sale of merchandise. The Fund also runs Special Appeals. The Fund is part of and benefits from two lotteries. Monies raised are distributed to claimants for the vet and welfare care of Retired Police Dogs. ERPDF is a Member of the Association of Retired Police Dog Charities

The Trust is a charitable organisation that was formed to reconfigure an existing village building to enable the parishioners to make use of a competitively priced venue for the use of a early years nursery and also for use during weekends and evenings for community groups, functions, and events

SLDARA provides educational sponsorship for children and young people. Helps to fund a rice farm as well as a range of other agricultural and building and relief projects as the need arises.

Provision, maintenance and administration of a village hall and recreation ground for the benefir of the inhabitants of Ramsey and surrounding area.Providing regular services and fundraising activities and hiring its facilities to a range of user groups, sporting teams and one off hirers.
