To advance the education of the public with regard to railways in particular by collecting,preserving, interpreting, documenting material evidence and associated information for the public benefit by the maintenance of a museum for items of historic railway interest from the Eastern Counties at Chappel & Wakes Colne Station, and the operation of a demonstration railway and associated crafts.
