PfL provides assistance and support to mainly primary school age children to develop their reading and writing skills, and raising their aspirations through continual enrichment.

It is designed to help people learn in a fun and practical way, specifically in the home, when travelling and during leisure time. Conwy Connect for Learning Disabilities was set up in 1997 to help promote the rights of people with a learning disability living within the County of Conwy and in North Wales. Its aims include ensuring people have equality of choice and opportunity in the community they live in.

Rhyl based charity for young people aged 11 to 25, providing: Young people's drop-in & youth centre, outreach and street-based detached youth work, counselling & clinic facilities,Youth Support Coordination, Pixel - alternative education programme, and Viva - lesbian, gay, bisexual & trans youth support (across North Wales), including diversity and equalities training and consultancy.

We support people experiencing mental, physical & emotional wellbeing problems to understand recovery and move forward with their ambitions. Extant is Britain's leading professional arts company of visually impaired people. Extant's mission is to promote the arts and culture of the visually impaired community through the performing arts. Extant presents an annual programme of Productions and Touring, Research and Development, Education and Youth, and Training.

PACT supports and develops projects, particularly those in which the Police are involved, which aim to improve the quality of life by reducing crime and the fear of crime in the communities of north Wales and educating young people about the consequences of crime. Young people's projects are also supported through our Crimebeat fund which PACT manages with the High Sheriffs of Clwyd and Gwynedd.

We provide a range of projects for the community to access each day of the week. We engage with our local community project and provide a youth worker for the various activities - Sunday Kidz Klub; Parenting Group, Community Youth Clubs, midday groups for older people; lunch club; uniformed groups; drop-in cafe on Mondays, and exercise classes, etc.
