DangerPoint provides an interactive life-skills centre for the benefit of children and adults. Conwy Connect for Learning Disabilities was set up in 1997 to help promote the rights of people with a learning disability living within the County of Conwy and in North Wales. Its aims include ensuring people have equality of choice and opportunity in the community they live in.

We support people experiencing mental, physical & emotional wellbeing problems to understand recovery and move forward with their ambitions. We achieve this by providing a range of support services including lifestyle coaching, group activities, and a range of talking therapies. We provide practical mental wellbeing support through mentoring, courses, volunteering opportunities and support groups.

To educate the public in the dramatic, operatic and musical arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in said arts.

Chester Pride provisions an LGBTQ community festival, an LGBTQ support helpline, social and support groups, and LGBTQ library, provision of free sexual and menstrual products, and undertakes various other works to address key issues the LGBTQ communities of Cheshire and North Wales face. We aim to end discrimination against LGBTQ people, and build inclusivity for them across our area of operation.

The award of grants to institutions and organisations in support of a broad range of educational initiatives for young people under the age of 25 in North Wales. It strives to increase student inclusiveness across primary, secondary, further and higher education, particularly in areas of high deprivation.

Extant is Britain's leading professional arts company of visually impaired people. Extant's mission is to promote the arts and culture of the visually impaired community through the performing arts. Extant presents an annual programme of Productions and Touring, Research and Development, Education and Youth, and Training.

We work closely with local voluntary, community and statutory organisations to promote and establish our ability to use the positive influences and opportunities offered by the ethos, staff and resources of the Football Club for the benefit of the wider community.

PACT supports and develops projects, particularly those in which the Police are involved, which aim to improve the quality of life by reducing crime and the fear of crime in the communities of north Wales and educating young people about the consequences of crime. Young people's projects are also supported through our Crimebeat fund which PACT manages with the High Sheriffs of Clwyd and Gwynedd.
