TCC is a membership organisation of volunteers who work together tackling community concerns of self interest by listening, learning from each other and leading the actions to bring about change and justice. Bringing community groups together to make a difference for present and future generations on local and national issues.

Providing support and meaningful activities for children, young people and young adults form age 5 to 25 who have a diagnosis of an Autistic Spectrum condition and or related conditions.We are based in Wrexham borough but we welcome people from Denbighsire, Shropshire and Flintshire and Cheshire.

We provide a range of projects for the community to access each day of the week. We engage with our local community project and provide a youth worker for the various activities - Sunday Kidz Klub; Parenting Group, Community Youth Clubs, midday groups for older people; lunch club; uniformed groups; drop-in cafe on Mondays, and exercise classes, etc.

The charity assists people in difficulties or suffering in inhospitable terrain, mainly in North Wales. It does this by co-ordinating emergency responses from its member organisations, providing a management team to co-ordinate search and rescue activities, providing training to support these activities, and representing members at regional, national and international levels.

To restore the historic Wrexham Miners Rescue Station and accommodation for the use of the local community and visitors to help advance in life young people and adults of all abilities through historical, social and leisure time activities and practical support, so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.

Tir Dewi provides a bilingual, confidential, comprehensive support and advocacy service to farmers and their dependents, assisting them to overcome problems which they are experiencing. We work alongside other agencies to achieve this where appropriate. Our service is provided by volunteers who are registered and trained by Tir Dewi.

Providing rehoming services for abandoned dogs and to educate the next generation of dog owners.

An independent Baptist church which provides a place for worship, prayer and communion according to Christ's foundation and ordinances. In line with this, Ebenezer expressing Gods love in the community through pastoral care, provisionong care and concern in teh community in prractical ways. Its income is also used to support mission in the Uk and abroad and surrouding areas.

To encourage an appreciation of our Welsh Fine Arts Heritage by providing a collection of works of art relating to both Wales in general, and more particularly to the region of North Wales.

We provide mental health services through our mental health crisis cafe. We counsell and provide mental health services to patients throughout Cheshire West and Chester/Cheshire East/Wirral and Merseyside.

The promotion of the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical, in the parish known as the Mission Area.

Social Care services:Support, information and advice for people living with or affected by HIV & AIDS. Welfare and benefits advice, housing and legal information.Prevention & Health Promotion:Training and information for professionals regarding sexual health and sexuality. Condom and lube provision, peer support groups for LGBT people. Sexual health screening, training for local community.

Tan y Maen is the Mental Health Resource Centre covering the area of Meirionnydd. Tan y Maen exists to provide a drop-in resource as well as support, rooms and resources to mental health organisations, support groups and individuals experiencing or recovering from mental health problems.

OUR CHARITY PROMOTES WREXHAM FC ACROSS NORTH WALES AND PROVIDES CORE PROGRAMMES IN SCHOOLS AND TO LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS, IT HAS WORKED WITH SHOW RACISM THE RED CARD AND THE PRINCES TRUST OVER THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS AND THE OVERALL AIM FOR THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COMMUNITIES OF NORTH WALES TO ENGAGE WITH WREXHAM FOOTBALL CLUB.

We are an Equine Welfare Organisation based in Wirral (Thornton Hough) we supply a life long home to several rescued/retired equines. We believe that ponies who have been neglected or abused deserve to have nothing more asked of them other than to be happy, contented ponies, therefore we don't follow common practise of pony rides. We offer advice & assistance to horse owners & police.

The aims and objectives of the club are to advance the education of primary aged children in Broughton, Flintshire, and the surrounding area, through the provision of an After School Club at Broughton Primary School.

4 All Foundation is a charitable organisation delivering local and accessible opportunities throughout our communities in Shropshire. Our activities are varied that include sporting, arts & crafts, environmental and educational.

We are committed to providing a caring and stimulating environment for children to thrive and develop in. We run 4 different sessions per day including (1) Breakfast 7:45am - 9am; (2) Early Entitlement/Playgroup 9am - 11:25am; (3) Wraparound 11:30am - 3pm; and (4) Afterschool 3pm - 5:55pm. All children who join us are enrolled at Ysgol Derwen and parents/carers use our service.

Chester Pride provisions an LGBTQ community festival, an LGBTQ support helpline, social and support groups, and LGBTQ library, provision of free sexual and menstrual products, and undertakes various other works to address key issues the LGBTQ communities of Cheshire and North Wales face. We aim to end discrimination against LGBTQ people, and build inclusivity for them across our area of operation.

Seeded by the Trussell Trust, Flintshire Foodbank exists to offer emergency food to individuals and families in crisis by supplying enough food for 3/4 days, and signposting those in need to appropriate agencies.
