The main activities that the charity has undertaken for the public benefit are: weekly public Christian worship services which include Bible teaching and singing. We're about seeing young people's lives changed by Jesus, by showing Jesus in a way that is relevant to every young person in the North East. We deliver inclusive, diverse workshops, performances, and cultural events in Newcastle and beyond, specialising in improvisation as a creative tool and life skill. Evidenced to improve mental health, confidence, and social connection, our work promotes lifelong learning, self-expression, and uniting communities.

uS supports young people aged between 12 and 25 with or at risk of developing mental health difficulties, helping them to become physically active and transform their lives.uS currently delivers on an outreach basis, funding sports and other fitness activities to small groups and individuals. In addition to this offer, uS plans to open a centre, housing sports and fitness and other facilities.

BS Alive is active in the Bensham and Saltwell wards of Gateshead (although not exclusive to this area) to support work to improve health & social well being in the area. BS Alive includes all residents, from all backgrounds. It provides a range of support including advice, networking & fundraising as well as directly organising some activities - lunch clubs & social activities, volunteering etc

The Cobweb Orchestra operates as a community orchestra for all abilities and ages. The Cobweb Orchestra aims to advance, improve, develop and maintain public eduction in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects.

The charity provides, develops and maintains a centre for the use and benefit for people living in the Ryton and Crawcrook area within the west of Gateshead. The centre has a programme of activities that include Youth provision, arts and crafts, wellbeing sessions and mentoring.

Lets Get Growing provides regular gardening therapy sessions for adults of all ages experiencing a range of mental and physical health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bi polar disorder, dementia and mild learning difficulties. Also one-off therapeutic garden workshops for a range of groups, including addicts in recovery, homeless people, carers, refugees & asylum seeekers.

Clean Slate Financial Wellbeing Services provide support to adults aged over 24 and young people 16-24 who are resident in Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside, Durham and whose wellbeing is impacted by their financial circumstances.

Tyneside Outdoors provides primarily young people with the opportunity to learn and explore in the outdoors. Using a Community Development approach, we engage disadvantaged young people in regular activities that build their confidence and skills, provide them with new opportunities and help them to appreciate the natural world.

The Grove Pre-School caters for 30 children aged 3+ 4 years, 5 mornings per week and 3 afternoons(offer 30hours entitlement). We also run a toddler group catering for 25 children per week, We fundraise for our equipment and employ 5 members of staff.

We empower Refugee and Asylum Seeker community activists and mobilisers to turn their ideas to support their communities into practical action. And we unite the region's Refugee led Community Organisations (RCOs) in collective action to produce their Collective Voice so it can influence the development of evidence based policy and practice around Asylum, Integration and Equality.
