SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES THE ARCHIVES SERVICE FOR THE COUNTIES OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE AND SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE

We provide education, support and practical help for Breast Cancer sufferers, after their diagnosis with counselling, complimentary therapies, consultants advice, information days and seminars , with the objective of improving the understanding and conditions of Breast Cancer

This is a small registered charity that serves the Cotswold village of Bibury. The charity was born in 1898 when several separate local charities were combined. Our main responsibility now is to preserve Bibury Village Hall, and keep it at the heart of village life. For this reason, we have adopted the working name Bibury Village Hall Trust. There is also a small welfare trust within the charity.

Fund raising for school activities/equipment etc

Running of the Community Centre which is the only central facility in the Mitcheldean community with a kitchen, disabled toilet, storage and ample parking and which can give easy access.

Fundraising activities to support the primary school, including Bonfire night, Spring fete, Christmas Disco, Treasure Hunt and Quiz night.

DBFCT trustees meet once a year to consider applications for funding from individuals and organisations primarily in Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.

Fund raising for the benefit of the Corinium Museum by recruitment of members and holdingevents, trips, etc. for members to raise additional funds.

THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF CLEARWELL WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS, OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

The charity is the PTA for Cold Aston school. The main purpose of the charity is to raise funds for Cold Aston pupils to support them in their learning and bring the school community together by arranging different events throughout the year.

The objects of the CIO are:To advance the Christian religion in Eastington and the surrounding areafor the benefit of the public through such activities as the holding ofprayer meetings, providing grants to other organisations whichinclude/promote Christian worship, producing and/or distributingliterature on the Evangelical faith to enlighten others about the ChristianReligion.

We raise funds for the upkeep and preservation of Newland "AllSaints" Church in Gloucestershire. We hold concerts, let out the Church for concert and community activity, and we also fundraise through various grant applications, and we assist and liaise with the local Parochial Church Council on maintenance of the building(s).

Ashton under Hill Free Church is engaged in the worship of God and the furtherance of the Christian gospel and the general advancement of the Christian faith. The Church Fellowship will undertake the relief of persons who are in need or hardship or who are aged or sick, and may organise and provide appropriate charitable social activities for the benefit of the community in the local area.

The Sea Cadet movement is a national youth charity providing young people from 10 - 18 with life skills of teamwork, self respect and social responsibility. The training programme includes seamanship, boating skills, cookery & IT. Cadets can sail offshore in a Tall Ship or motor vessel.

Facilitates the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of animals and birds that are subject to abuse, neglect or abandonment.

To provide a hall for the benefit of the mostly local community. Activities include, private hire for weddings, children's play group, baby sensory, quilters. children's parties, tango. short mat bowls, keep fit, yoga, line dancing, badminton, , tea dances, Women's Institute, line dancing, busy bees,Parish Church Council, Parish Council, market, Zumba, Blood Doning, and PRUB etc.

To educate the public in the art and science of music and, in particular, of choral music by the presentation of public concerts and other such ways as the Society, through its committee shall determine from time to time

Centre 67 - Stow Youth Club provides a safe space for the young people of Stow & surrounding villages to come and have fun. Our club is equipped for a wide range of arts, crafts, cooking & sports activities. Stow Youth Club's aims are to encourage friendship, build trust, explore new activities, develop skills, gain independence & confidence. Our attendees are 4 - 16 years of age & all abilities.
