We are a Carol Party who sing at Christmas and raise funds for charity

The village hall provides a meeting point for the various user groups that are involved with the hall ranging from Morris Dancing, Whist Group, Playgroup, Art Group, Keep Fit, Ballet, etc.

HERITAGE CENTRE/MUSEUM AND VISITOR INFORMATION

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL;2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

Organises events within the area of operation with the intention of raising funds to be used for local and Rotary Charities. Donations are made to Organisations and Individuals with approval granted by the Council of the Rotary Club of Chepstow at its monthly meetings. Individual members of the Club from time to time give freely of their time to assist with local community projects and concerns.

The object of the charity is the "provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Siddington without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation, and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants".

The advancement of education - and, in particular, the education of older people and those who are retired from full time work - by all means, including associated activities conducive to learning and personal development.

FoGS is a group of enthusiastic parents, carers, teachers and friends of the school who all give their time on a voluntary basis to organise and run fundraising activities for our school and also the wider community of Bishop?s Cleeve, Cheltenham. Our mission is to raise funds to enhance the school experience for all children at Grangefield.

The Trust provides and maintains gospel halls for the religious activities of Christians often referred to as "Brethren". Details of the origins, teachings and way of life of the Brethren can be found on their website - www.plymouthbrethrenchristianchruch.org. Meetings held at these gospel halls include the Lord's Supper (Communion)

We hold an annual music festival in South Gloucestershire, as well as other in-year concerts and musical activities, for the public benefit. We host world-class concerts across many genres (including classical, jazz, folk, world, pop) and stimulating interactive workshops, using public funding to keep ticket prices low, so that our musical events are accessible to all.

Campaigning for the preservation and interpretation of the Battlefield and its associated sites. Conducting guided Battlefield tours and providing information for self-guided tours. Creating and displaying medieval banners in Tewkesbury during the Summer months. Mounting information and fundraising stands at local events.

FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH EVANGELICAL PRINCIPLES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT WITH A PREFERENCE, OTHER THINGS BEING EQUAL, FOR SUCH PURPOSES IN, OR IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF, CLEEVE HILL.

As a charity, we have an active youth programme aim at keeping the Youth off the street. We give them free tuition on playing different instruments, like the piano, guitar and drums, We also work closely with a football coach to give them training and develop their potentials in that area. The focus is to ensure that the Youth are kept out of trouble and have a sense of direction.

Village Hall is managed by trustees to provide a venue for the physical & mental recreation, social, moral and intellectual development of the inhabitants of Down Hatherley and its immediate vicinity without distinctions of sex or of political or other opinions.

To assist in or helping to provide reasonable services or provisions for the care of patients in the hospital which are deemed to be ancillary to those provided by the Health Trust.

We fundraise for the children of St Briavels Parochial Primary School, aiding extra curricular resources.

Dursley Town Trust maintains Dursley Town Hall and Market Place and Jacob's House and Dursley Heritage Centre all being in the centre of Dursley. A sub committee runs Dursley Heritage Centre. The Trust makes the Town Hall and Market Place available for commercial and charitable use as a meeting place and market centre. It leases Jacob's House to Dursley own Council.

To perform choral music to the general public

We administer, manage and facilitate our hall for community activities and meetings, including a choir and dance classes, garden club, history group, lunch club for the elderly, the Church in Oakridge, W.I. etc. The trust holds fundraising events, Film Nights, and lets the hall for educational, community functions, family parties, children's parties, annual village show, and drama productions.

The PTA primarily raises funds to help the school provide extra resources for the benefit of the pupils at the school. It is also a way for parents to become more involved with their childrens school. We run a variety of social events throughout the year for parents, children and the wider community; providing an opportunity for people to meet, to get to know each other and have fun.

To foster an appreciation of the art and science of music by the presentation of collaborative projects. The group endeavours to offer music rarely performed due to the scale required using very large groups of singers and orchestral players. Workshops, concerts and associated activities will be offered involving a wide spectrum of choral societies.
