Upkeep and repair of Shurdington Social Centre.

Provides weekly companionship and activities for elderly residents of Lechlade and associated villages close by. Lunch is provided and occasional trips out. Provision is made for the infirm and disabled. Live entertainment is frequently arranged.

We host a variety of activities and provide a venue for meetings of the Parish Council, the WI and other local organisations. The Management Committee runs a Morning Market on the last Saturday of each month and other community events. The hall is available for hire by members of the local community for private events and parties.

Tubbs Turf Management Committee is a charity formed to manage and run Tubbs Turf, a small multi sports and recreational facility within the village of Kingswood Gloucestershire. The charity's main function is is to maintain the facility for the benefit of the residents of the Parish of Kingswood Gloucestershire.

The Society aims to stimulate public interest in caring for the beauty and character of Cirencester and its environs. It strives to promote and facilitate improvements in public amenities and aspires to encourage the highest standards of architecture and urban design for the benefit and enjoyment of future generations.

RAISE MONEY & SUPPORT SCHOOL BY ORGANISING EVENTS

WE HOLD SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDING SEASONAL SUPPERS, CONCERTS AND ANNUAL QUIZES, AND ALSO RENT THE HALL FOR WI MEETINGS, YFC, GARDENING CLUB, A BAND PRACTICE AND PRIVATE FUNCTIONS.

Financial assistance for the education of local children

We are responsible for the maintenance and hiring of the village hall to parishioners and local user groups, parish council and district council.The hall can also be used for charitable purposes, subject to purpose and availability.

Provide housing

Kempley Village Hall Trust manages the village hall, which is leased from Kempley Parochial Church Council under the Albermarle Scheme, for the benefit of the village and surrounding area. The Trust organises a programme of events to promote community cohesion as well as promoting use of the hall by local community organisations.

We raise much needed additional funds to support projects and events where there are real benefits derived for all the children by arranging a series of fundraising events throughout the school year. We encourage participation from the children and their parents to ensure that the events are successful, at the same time as providing a fun and entertaining programme which complements school life.
