The provision of grants and other financial assistance at the Trustees discretion including support to charities, individuals and other organizations focusing on the farming and agriculture and associated industries within the Countyof Gloucestershire, in particular and where possible, for the Public benefit.

Offers advice, help and support to Societies/Clubs who are interested in all aspects of gardening and horticulture.Trains novice Judges and provides on going training for existing Judges of Horticultural Shows.Provides grants to Schools and others running Gardening Projects.Gives prizes for School Gardening Competitions.

Venue for village and other local organisations to meet. Updated toilet faclities, provision for the disabled. Modern electric heating, kitchen facilities. vehicle parking. Womens Institute, Residents Club, Church of England for meetings, Annual Parish Meeting, Fete Committee, Local Players Group for rehearsals. Cotswold District Council for elections.

The promotion of healthy recreation for the public benefit by the maintenance and operation of a swimming pool in Sharpness

We hold fundraisers throughout the year to provide for the school and resources/trips/etc that benefit the children.

The Brizen charity's main objective is to provide a base for young people between the ages of 8 to 19, for them to enjoy social activities both internally & externally. We also encourage education on life skills & sexual health. There is also an ongoing initiative with youth workers organising outreach work to encourage more young people into the centre.

To provide a bowling green for use by the local members visiting teams and any visitors to the village who wish to play.

Preservation and maintenance of the village hall in Church Westcote

To provide support for educational facilities provided by Ampney Crucis Primary School and to provide grants to eligible young people who are resident in Ampney Crucis or have a qualifying connection to the village, to help with their further or higher education, vocational training or apprenticeships.

Fund raising and support activities on behalf of Randwick C of E primary School.

Manage the community Hall and organise events for young and old, dances, parties sports , community activities etc

Provides weekly companionship and activities for elderly residents of Lechlade and associated villages close by. Lunch is provided and occasional trips out. Provision is made for the infirm and disabled. Live entertainment is frequently arranged.

Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Monument overlooking the Severn Valley on the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment open to the general public. Monument erected in memory of William Tyndale.

Maintenance and improvement of St Andrew's Parish Church, Chedworth

Providing help and resources to the school for the benefit of the children.

The Settlement supports a range of Charities. In particular charities known personally by the current or former trustees and those dear to Richard Early. Only charities need apply; individuals or students raising funds for goodwill trips will not be considered.
