Southfield WI is outward looking, it has monthly meetings with speakers, reading group, visits to theatre, and historical places. It supports G.F.W.I. events, including music, drama, crafts, and environmental issues. Southfield gives a bursary for educational courses, welcomes visitors, and gives social companionship for its members. Many members volunteer for local causes.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE BENEFIT OF WINCHCOMBE ABBEY C OF E PRIMARY SCHOOL AND ITS PUPILS

The advancement of the Christian faith for the benefit of older people, their families, and carers by:a) Holding services, prayer meetings and bible studiesb) Identifying and serving the pastoral and spiritual needs of older people, their families, and carers, and,c) Supporting and training local church communities to achieve (a) and (b) above for the public benefit.

Provides a transport facility for the aged and disabled people from Tewkesbury and the surrounding area.

Warwickshire Hearts provides trained, community based volunteer response to 999 emergency calls in South Warwickshire. It does this in partnership with West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (WMAS) and is mobilised by the WMAS Emergency Operations Centre. It also provides free CPR and Automatic External Defibrillation training to communities in South Warwickshire and areas nearby.

Fund raising to aid the development of the children at Paternoster Special Needs School

The net Income of the Fund is to be used for the improvement of the Christian Education given to children and young people in the Free Churches, Missions, Sunday Schools or Junior Churches in the area covered by Cheltenham and District Education Council in 2001, and also in the wider work of Christian Education as the Trustees shall deem appropriate.

Organising and co-ordinating fundraising events to raise money to provide resources and opportunities for the children of Cam Woodfield Infant and Junior Schools and the Woodfield Nest Pre School. Organising and facilitating events with the intent to foster a cohesive and inclusive school community.

GRMG monitors and records annual breeding activity in a systematic way and we ring, satellite tag and camera trap raptors. We monitor dispersal of Glos. raptors and contribute to the national BTO database. Where local breeding failures are regular we advise local Wildlife Crime Officers (WCO). We run raptor observation days at local viewpoints and also run local talks on raptors.

Rescue, care, rehabilitation and re-homing of lost, abandoned, neglected, and ill-treated ferrets in need. Provision of education and advice on ferret care & husbandry.

The LMHA has an education and study centre at the Old Memorial Hospital, Cirencester. Here it runs exhibitions and activities related to the social history of the Cotswolds, specialising in the Second World War period and its aftermath. The facilities cater for the general public,school parties, groups and individuals and LMHA members also work in schools and with local community groups.

We look after, assess and find new, loving homes, for greyhounds in need of care in Wales and The Marches. We provide vet treatment and kennelling and work in co operation with other like-minded Welsh groups to ensure that families offering suitable homes are not kept waiting.
