Projects and actions to improve riparian habitats and water quality for salmon and other indigenous species of animal and plant life of the rivers Wye and Usk and their tributaries and catchments and economic benefits through the regeneration of fisheries and associated angling tourism.

We raise funds for the relief of cancer patients in Shropshire Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales. Donations are made to assist with the purchase of equipment and to ensure that cancer facilities are of a very high standard. Current fundraising to achieve this is through the Ruby Appeal. We are also looking at projects to encourage public engagement with screening programmes and awareness of symptoms

Our aim is to assist Gwynedd's voluntary and community groups to operate by providing information, training, relevant advice and practical support. We also endeavour to ensure that the voice of the Third Sector is heard.

School

Specialist support and counselling services for anyone who has been subjected to any form sexual violence and sexual abuse, whether this has happened recently or in the past. Also specialist therapy services for children and young people aged from 3 up to 19.

The charitable company is registered as a domiciliary care agency with the Care Inspectorate Wales, and employs trained carer support workers who work closely with families who have caring commitments. We deliver home based respite and emotional support specifically to carers and their families, and we also provide weekly and monthly support groups.

The Charity works for the advancement of education, the protection and preservation of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress in particular, but without limitation, for the benefit of the community in Conwy, Gwynedd and surrounding areas.

Freshfields Animal Rescue is a community focussed non-profit making charitable organisation caring for abandoned, abused and unwanted domestic and small farm animals along with sick and injured wildlife.

Age Cymru Gwynedd a Mon is one of the largest independent provider of services for people over 50 in Gwynedd and Anglesey. Our wide range of services promotes well-being initiatives to assist people over 50 to live independently in their own homes, and to also be part of their community if they so wish. Providing training for people with and without disabilities

The Foundation's activities in the North Wales area include: Conserving the landscape; maintaining historic structures; educating the public about the heritage of the property; managing the gardens and woodlands of Plas Brondanw; applying sustainable principles to any improvements and new buildings; and promoting sustainable development and viable communities.

The main aim of the charity is to take in unwanted and stray animals, care for them to the best of our ability and rehome them to responsible people. We also promote responsible pet ownership through local schools, etc.

Provision of services to disabled and disadvantaged clients that is geared towards helping them into supported employment, open employment or vocational training.

To raise funds for the hospital through its branch network.To further research,study,advances in treatment and improvement in care at the hospital.To help patients and former patients of the hospital.Provide support from its central office and provide a well run shop and coffee shop through a combination of paid and volunteer staff.

The Clwyd and Conwy Rivers Trust aims to promote the conservation, protection, rehabilitation and improvement of the rivers, streams, water courses and water impoundments in the Clwyd and Conwy catchments and in the counties of Denbighshire, Conwy and Gwynedd amd adjacent areas of their banks, riparian lands and catchment areas in all their aspects.

Securing the preservation,protection,development and improvement of the rivers,streams,watercourses and water bodies in the Welsh Dee catchment. Advancing the education of the public in the management of water and the wider environment.

Provides emotional support and information to unpaid family/friends carers.

The Charity runs a Church called AOG (Bangor) Pentecostal ChurchThe charity also runs 18 charity shops for the purpose of supporting Orphanages, widows, street children etc at various part of world. The charity also supports other charity's and also provides employment for the local people. Every week the church also feeds the homeless in the community.
