To maintain and look after the historic building of St Asaph Cathedral. To advance and promote the Christian religion of the Church in Wales for the public benefit, offering worship, community outreach in ministry and service in the Elwy Mission Area (which includes St Asaph Parish Church and St Mary's, Cefn Meiriadog) and the wider St Asaph Diocese.

The objects of the Charity (the ?Objects?) shall be to provide services for, and promote the welfare of the blind or partially sighted persons residing throughout Wales but primarily the administrative areas of the County Councils of Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Powys and Wrexham

The activities of the charity include: the holding of weekly Christian services of worship; small community groups that meet during the week, and community events. The charity operates in Wrexham Town Centre.

OUR CHARITY PROMOTES WREXHAM FC ACROSS NORTH WALES AND PROVIDES CORE PROGRAMMES IN SCHOOLS AND TO LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS, IT HAS WORKED WITH SHOW RACISM THE RED CARD AND THE PRINCES TRUST OVER THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS AND THE OVERALL AIM FOR THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COMMUNITIES OF NORTH WALES TO ENGAGE WITH WREXHAM FOOTBALL CLUB.

The League was established to raise funds for, and provide physical anenities for the benefit of patients at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, and to support the charitable work of the Hospital.

Rhyl based charity for young people aged 11 to 25, providing: Young people's drop-in & youth centre, outreach and street-based detached youth work, counselling & clinic facilities,Youth Support Coordination, Pixel - alternative education programme, and Viva - lesbian, gay, bisexual & trans youth support (across North Wales), including diversity and equalities training and consultancy.

DangerPoint provides an interactive life-skills centre for the benefit of children and adults. It is designed to help people learn in a fun and practical way, specifically in the home, when travelling and during leisure time. Our programmes empower people to make positive life choices for themselves and for the planet. DangerPoint's vision is to create "Resilient children, able to thrive".

Conwy Connect for Learning Disabilities was set up in 1997 to help promote the rights of people with a learning disability living within the County of Conwy and in North Wales. Its aims include ensuring people have equality of choice and opportunity in the community they live in.

ARTS CENTRE

To promote and provide advice and advocacy for people dacing disadvantage through disability, illness, age or social exclusion, who live, in particular but not exclusively, in North Wales.

The Cylch provides Welsh medium pre school education and care.

The award of grants to institutions and organisations in support of a broad range of educational initiatives for young people under the age of 25 in North Wales. It strives to increase student inclusiveness across primary, secondary, further and higher education, particularly in areas of high deprivation.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. The Mersey Weaver Scout District supports Explorer Scout Units and the Scout Groups in Frodsham, Runcorn, Widnes and villages to encourage the young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, we support our members by providing the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed

The branch supports animals in need in both Conwy and Gwynedd in North Wales. We provide subsidised veterinary services for eligible clients at our welfare clinic in Llandudno Junction and as a partner of the RSPCA North Wales Mobile Clinic. We also support the local Inspectorate to rehabilitate and re-home animals and operate a charity shop in Llandudno to help finance our work.
