Ambition, Aspire, Achieve focuses on the communities of Newham and East London. We work in partnership with, and receive referrals schools, education welfare services, health visitors, family and child consultation services, community mental health teams, probation services, family support groups, disability support groups, community organisations and youth offending teams.

Our aim is to assist young people to advance in life through the provision of:a) Recreational and leisure time activities, which are provided in the interest of social welfareand designed to improve their quality of life.b) Support and activities designed to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities whichenable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.

The charity provides Jewish religious education to primary school age children.

The Company is a Charity whose objects are a) to relieve povertyb) to relieve sickness and distress of people living with blood borne virusesc) to support the families friends and carers of persons affected by these conditions andd) to advance the education of the public in such conditions, their transmission treatment and consequences.

We are a mentoring charity working with children in deprived communities to help them grow in competence and character. We improve self-confidence and develop numeracy, literacy, communication and memory skills, whilst reinforcing our core values of fairness, self-control, good judgement and staying power. We do this through 1 to 1 mentoring with positive role models and team activities.

Helping the needy , by giving them food, shelter, clothing, medical and grants. We also provide school meal and whatever else is needed to make them feel save in their community.

The Charity's objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the following:(i) the advancement of the Orthodox Jewish faith(ii) the advancement of education (iii) the relief of poverty, and(iv) such other objects as are for the benefit of the public and are charitable according to the laws of England and Wales

The charity makes grants to institutions in accordance with its objects.

Get Set Girls is a youth group targeting Hackney disadvantaged BME girls aged 15 to 19 offering: courses for qualifications. Personal Development Workshops, Health programme, community volunteering. Heritage research project, Drama production, Career guidance, linking with employers, resulting in a 95% annual success rate of service users entering employment, and productive youth.

In 2021 Misgav's trustees decided to change Misgav's structure to a charitable company. A successor charity was established, registered as Misgav UK Ltd (charity reg. no. 1211067). On 01/04/25, Misgav's operations and assets were transferred to the successor charity.

Home visits, training in IT skills, telephone advice, advice and support at hospital information desk and at resource centres generally to promote the physical mental and spiritual well being of the visual impaired in our area of operation.

Waltham Forest Churches Night Shelter provides short-term accommodation, support and resettlement services for former rough sleepers and street homeless people in its hostel, known as 'Branches'. We provide advocacy, and access to life-skills development, employment, training and volunteering opportunities to give individuals a better chance of successful independent living after they move on.

Haringey Law Centre provides specialist legal services in all social welfare law areas.

The PCC Of St James with St Matthew has the responsibility, together with the incumbent for promoting the whole mission of the Church of England in its local parish. This responsibility covers evangelistic, pastoral, social and ecumenical matters. It also has the maintenance responsibilities for the Church, Parish Centre and Birchwood Centre and the houses occupied by clergy and staff.

Derman provide holistic health and social care services such as Bilingual Health Advocacy, Counselling/Psychological Therapies, Mental Health Recovery Support and Welfare Rights Advice for the Kurdish, Turkish and Turkish Cypriot communities to greatly improve the quality of life and to promote the continued wellbeing of people within these communities.

General charitable purposes, education/training, disability, arts/culture, sport/recreation. Provision of the above services to the Cypriot community in the Barnet, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey and Islington areas (of London).
