The Sensory Place provide a wide range of inclusive activities for disabled children and their families across Sunderland, County Durham and surrounding areas. This includes social, leisure and sporting activities. We provide safe and non-judgemental spaces where everyone is able to be themselves and where families can meet other likeminded families. We also provide courses for parents and carers.

To promote and protect the physical and mental health of sufferers of mental disorders or conditions of emotional or mental distress through the provision of support services, premises to provide support services, education and practical advice to advance the education of the general public in all areas relating to mental disorders or conditions of emotional or mental distress.

The objective is the advancement of religion for the public benefit by the award of grants to support research and theological reflection on social, economic and pastoral issues of relevance to the mission and ministry of churches of the North East of England and to the communication of the Christian gospel in the contemporary context of the UK.

Hartlepool Baby Bank provides good quality new and used equipment to families with young children or pregnant women across Hartlepool and the surrounding area.We aim to provide maternity items, clothing, safe sleeping spaces and hygiene products whilst offering support, advice and signposting.

Hartlepool People is a voluntary organisation running a large community resource centre dedicated to promoting and addressing the needs of the people of Hartlepool.The main aim of Hartlepool People is to develop personal skills, self-confidence and quality of life.

The Mary Thompson Fund was established to provide financial support for refugees and people seeking asylum in the Tees Valley who are in hardship, including where no statutory funding is available.

Community based art studio that specialises in the well being and recovery from mental illnesses (or a reduction on prescribed medication) via the therapeutic qualities of art. We work alongside school, the LA, community centres and private businesses to deliver Outreach arts and craft sessions.

We hold Sunday services, offer children's, youth and families work; pastoral support; courses; andother Christian events. We will also work with local schools. In particular we have an existing relationshipwith Wynyard Church of England Primary School and support the spiritual life of the school through thedelivery of Collective Worship, supporting the RE curriculum and after school clubs.

We provide hampers to families and individuals in need. Our benefactors are typically nominated by Social Workers, Schools or other charities.

To advance the education of women in all areas including local, national and international issues of political and social importance, music, drama, other cultural subjects, all branches of agriculture, crafts, home economics, science, health, social welfare, to promote sustainable development, to advance citizenship for the public benefit by the promotion of civic responsibility and volunteering.

Eric Knows provides training and employment support to disabled and autistic people. We work collaboratively with employment support agencies, colleges, universities, and other not for profit organisations. Eric Knows also operates to support SEND children, young people and their families whilst providing a safe space to flourish and thrive. We are primarily run by disabled and ND people.

The charity provides education, information and opportunities designed to support and enable autistic children to maximise their potential. We also providing support groups, forums, advice, advocacy and general support for autistic children and their families.

The Trustees are responsible for the administration of non-public funds to provide benefit for all cadets in the Wing. Activities supported include Corps Sports (athletics, soccer, swimming, cross-country, rugby, netball and hockey), Leadership Courses, Nijmegen Marches, BTEC, Corps Music, Adventurous Training, Duke of Edinburgh Award, Competition Shooting (including Bisley) and Cadet Camps.

Jack's Journey supports Cumbrian families who have received a cancer diagnosis and are currently, or have recently finished, cancer treatment. This is through financial grant making, but also through smaller gifts to aid their time in hospital.In addition, Jack's Journey provides holiday accommodation for families from across the north who are currently, or recently finished, cancer treatment.

Parish support. Short breaks for those in difficult circumstances, support for women prisoners and families, school children in deprived area, womens refuge. Blankets, baby clothes, toilet bags to hospitals, support members overseas, literacy, development, health education, famine relief.

Providing education, support and outreach activities to young people in the Tees Valley area. We focus on music, singing and dancing, keep fit, anti bullying techniques, martial arts and revision classes for school curriculum support We have a full gym, music rooms, podcast/tv studio a recording studio , a traverse wall for rock climbing. We produce films and videos, made by our users.

NRASS promote the everyday welfare and wellbeing of people with a sensory loss condition. The Charity provides Advocacy and Welfare Rights advice thereby promoting independence, respect, empowerment, equal access, anti-discriminatory practice & confidentiality.

To promote the Buddhist faith of the New Kadampa Tradition throughout Co. Durham, North Yorkshire and the Tees Valley.
