To promote the participation and access of disabled young people aged 11 to 25 within the local community. We offer a friendly and fun environment where young people can practise life skills and develop independence. Our programme includes youth sessions, community trips, and residentials, all of which enable young people to build independence, skills, and confidence.

To advance the education of the public in the tradition of the Hindu religion, including yoga, the Hindi language and Hindu festivalsThe aadvancement of the Hindu religion by the establishment, support and opreration of a Hindu Temple.The provision community centre , with the services of Senior Citizens, language classes family get together

Religious Activities

Our charity is training the youths to take up challenges which will be of help immensely in their future roles. We as a charity are providing care for the needy and help other charitable organisations in terms of financial support.

St Marks Church Centre is a new development (Church dedicated 21 02 2016) As well as providing spiritual and pastoral support,we also offer activities for all ages including information advice to the whole of the Marks Gate and neighbouring areas. Activities include healthy living programs including St Marks Community Cafe. The aim is to empower individuals and create stronger community cohesion

Providing support, information, Advocacy, training including computer training to disabled people and carers.

To enable women to improve and develop conditions of rural life, advance their education in citizenship, in public questions both national and international, in music, drama and other cultural subjects, in all branches of agriculture, home economics, health and social welfare. It gives women the opportunity of working together and putting into those ideals for which is stands.

The Ford Britain Trust makes donations to undertakings concerned with the advancement of education and other charitable purposes beneficial to the community. Preference is given to organisations located in and working in areas where Ford Motor Company Limited has its present activities and a long standing association with local communities in the UK.

The Community Association is open 6 days a week. We provide activities for the local and surrounding areas. This includes a pre-school, dance classes, art groups, computer classes, yoga, karate, a library and many more classes. It is a fiendly place to come and meet people of all ages and abilities, somewhere for the whole community to enjoy.

We work with groups and individuals to improve the quality of life for people with a learning disability and/or ASD and their carers in Redbridge and the neighbouring boroughs. We share information through our Website, leaflets, emails and Newssheets. We hold special events, meetings and consultations. We provide support to our members through a number of projects.

THE CHARITY SUPPORT LOCAL GROUPS INCLUDING, DANCE SCHOOLS,YOGA, PLAY SCHOOLS, BOXING CLUBS AND A NUMBER OF OTHER GROUP ACTIVITIES, WHICH INCLUDE EDUCATIONAL AND RELIGIOUS, SLIMMING AND SENIOR CITIZENS, AND ARE OPEN FOR RECREATIONAL AND OR PRIVATE PARTIES FOR LOCAL PEOPLE ECT.

WE PROVIDE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL SUPPORT SERVICES. WE FOCUS ON WORKFORCE/PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WITH THE AIMS OF IMPROVING HEALTH, WORK AND WELL-BEING OUTCOMES IN ORGANISATIONAL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING STRATEGIES.WE WORK WITH EUROPEAN PARTNERS ACROSS EUROPE ON A NUMBER OF EUROPEAN PROJECTS WITH PROVEN QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE PROJECT METHODS.

The charity runs the New Windmill Hall, Upminster which is available for use by the inhabitants of Upminster and surrounding areas for recreation and leisure time activities. These activities include wedding receptions,birthday and anniversary parties,ballet dancing, ballroom dancing and concerts etc. Local associations also use the hall for their regular meetings.

St John & St Matthew's is belongs to the Church of England and is part of Chelmsford Diocese. It is actively involved in the community and local schools. It has an active social life supporting all ages and it's premises are used by local and national organisations. It also supports work in the third world.

Organising fundraising activities such as golf days, raffles, sponsored events and gaining support from charitable and grant giving organisations. Managing the allocation of funds raised to ensure that they are used to benefit the children attending the school. Organising various social functions for children, parents/carers, staff and friends of the school.

The purpose of the charity is to advance the physical education of the children and young people living in the London boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey and Islington by the provision of facilities for playing football.
