Raising funds for the benefit of the children of Engayne School

1. Conducting weekly Sunday and midweek Christian worship services.2. Running seminars in the church with proven ministers of the faith to guide members in the various aspect of Christian faith, 3. Support for other charities and Christian events,4. Providing overseas aid and famine relief, and5. Involving in economic and community development

The Romford Drum and Trumpet Corps is a military style youth band and was established in October 1957 .The band consists of boys and girls aged from ten years upwards. R.D.T.C perform throughout the U.K and worldwide. Our voting members are Parents and Supporters of the band. Headquarters are Taunton Hall, Taunton Road, Harold Hill, Romford, Essex. RM3 7SU.

Religious activities

8th Hornchurch Scout Group is a member of The Scout Association, providing section night and camping activities for children aged 6 to 14.

Organising fundraising activities such as golf days, raffles, sponsored events and gaining support from charitable and grant giving organisations. Managing the allocation of funds raised to ensure that they are used to benefit the children attending the school. Organising various social functions for children, parents/carers, staff and friends of the school.

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT ? MOTIVATIONAL SESSIONS, FREE COUNSELLING, REFERRALS AS APPROPRIATE. OUTREACH, ENGAGEMENT & TRANSLATION SERVICES- OUTREACH SESSIONS, ADVOCACY SUPPORT & TRANSLATION SERVICES.

The main activities in relation to the objects are:~ Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.~ To advance education in accordance with Christian principles.~ Poverty Alleviation locally and overseas

Provides meditation classes, study programmes, retreats and day courses.

We are based in the London Borough of Havering. We provide children and adults in Havering and the surrounding areas with the opportunity to become involved in football.

The advancement of education and the development of children below compulsory school age by following the Early Years Foundation Stage framework through the provision of a broad and balanced programme of activities in a high quality, stimulating environment to enable the children to learn through their play and to fulfil their potential.

Harold Wood Methodist Church aims to maintain a fellowship that encourages people from all walks of life to worship in an atmosphere of love and devotion to God. To actively seek to welcome newcomers who are searching for answers to questions or have doubts and are feeling their way towards faith. Various committees are empowered to work closely with Ministers to further the mission of the church.

Havering Learning Disability Society (also known as HLDS) is a charity established for the social activities, care, welfare and in the interests and advancement of people with learning disability in the Borough of Havering, covering Romford, Hornchurch, Rainham and Upminster areas.

The R.G.O.A. Trust cares for and homes greyhounds for owners of greyhounds that raced at Romford Greyhound when their racing careers are over. The retired greyhounds enter our rented kennels, they are fed & exercised and generally cared for until they can be homed. By advertising in newspapers, notice boards, website etc, we invite the public to visit our kennels and select a suitable greyhound.
