We offer care and support to children with a disability or special needs, and their families, to enhance quality of life and a sense of belonging. We provide play and social opportunities and respite to families through our play days and summer play schemes, as well as giving advice, advocacy and signposting through our family support service.

SociABLEs Hub & C.R.E.W.S. Provide services in support of people (Adults & Children) with Disabilities/Special Needs/Complex Health Problems including Mental Health. We provide Socially Inclusive friendship clubs, specialised independence programmes, trips out, sleepover clubs & short breaks away. We also provide supported work placements & work-based skills training for personal development

Promotion of the whole mission of the Church through provision of activities for senior citizens, parents and toddlers and other special needs groups. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas. Provision of community facilities within the church building, including a branch library, within a rurally deprived area. The PCC's values centre on providing care and support for the community.

Hands Together Ludlow works with volunteers and caring agencies to find solutions to some of the problems vulnerable people face in our community.

The Relationship Therapy Centre provides support for safe, happy and healthy relationships for all. We provide counselling for couples, families, individuals and children and young people. Counselling is delivered from our main Worcester Centre and in outposts across the counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire. We provide both in-person and online services.

Promoting and improving the health, social well being and conditions of living for those who are, have been, or the spouse of, persons employed in the coal industry of Cannock Chase Coalfield or in activities allied to those of the siad coal indsustry.

Two church buildings including one which has undergone substantial re-ordering, church activities including work with youth, elderly and toddlers, community events, homeless (provision of food, night shelter until 2019 ), mission support, home communion, pastoral visiting. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Promotion of Christianity through the staging of events.

Scouting.

Longlands offers alternative educational provision and mental health support to vulnerable young people within the therapeutic setting of an organic livestock farm on the border of Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Students study for qualifications in animal care, equine and land-based studies all within the context of meaningful work and alongside skilled and qualified tutors.

Providing support services for Older People, including Vulnerable Adults and those who may be effected by a disability or health issues. An emphasis is on preventative services. A Home Support Service including welfare contacts, benefit checks and support with day to day living, to enable independence & resilience.A 24/7, 365 emergency response via Care Lines to falls and other emergencies.

The principal aim of the charity is the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination.

We offer information, advice, guidance and technical support to voluntary organisations and community groups. Services include: funding advice; management of grants schemes; contract/programme management; training and support on organisational management; support for collaborative service delivery, rural advocacy, support for community buildings, community oil buying scheme.

Youth work within Worcestershire and Herefordshire

Toucan for Children provides a play therapy service for children and young people between the ages of 4 and 13 years who live in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. Our team of therapists offer children a safe place to explore and work-through feelings and behaviours that are causing upset and difficulties in their lives.

The preservation for the benefit of the public of Historic Libraries and the Mappa Mundi.The provision of funds towards the cost of erecting a building to house and display the Historic Libraries and Mappa Mundi.The provision of support for all or any of the charitable purposes to which the capitular revenues of the Dean and Chapter of Hereford Cathedral are applicable.

LEAF is a charity focused on improving the well-being of people in its community. We work across all age ranges and offer a variety of activities and support. These include a chaplaincy service in the local surgery, mentoring and couselling of children in the local school, couselling for adults, debt advice, children's activities, Kintsugi Hope and Alpha courses and Family Support provision,

Objects are:(a) the relief of poverty and hardship, primarily but not exclusively by providing almshouse and other accommodation;(b) relieving either generally or individually persons who are in need, hardship or distress by providing grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities or other organisations working to support such persons

For the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of maltreated, abandoned and unwanted cats in need of care and, in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment and, where suitable, the rehoming of such animals.

The provision of regular public worship open to all as well as the provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work is undertaken including the visiting of the sick and the bereaved as well as the taking of religious assemblies in schools and activities for the young and other special needs groups. The Tenbury NILS (No Interest Loan Scheme) is a project which seeks to assist the most disadvantaged and vulnerable people living in our community. It offers interest free loans to people who would otherwise not be able to access commercial credit, for reasons of unemployment, benefit recipients or people who are in receipt of a low income.

Dancefest enables anyone to experience the joy of dance, regardless of age, ability or experience.We run over 30 weekly classes across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, have three youth companies, and lead projects in schools, colleges and universities as well as in community settings.We pride ourselves on delivering work of high quality that makes a genuine difference to people?s lives.
