Our mission is to change lives through physical activity and sport, inspiring people to adopt active lifestyles that make our communities happier, healthier and stronger.

We are continuing to work to establish the charity with the objectives as set out below: environmental, educational and scientific.

Focusing on early intervention/preventative programmes across all ages to build resilience, disrupt patterns and break the cycle of abuse, tackling the root cause of domestic abuse and supporting victims and survivors, through tailored interventions to individuals committing abuse against their family. Providing visionary rehabilitation programmes for individuals in the criminal justice system.

Citizens Advice Hampshire acts as a consortium of all Citizens Advice Bureaux in Hampshire, Portsmouth and Isle of Wight. It works to build the capacity of the service, develop new services that meet client needs and works to improve the impact of the service by promotion, networking and social policy campaigning

The objects are (a) to advance the Christian religion in accordance with the faith and practice of the Church of England, in particular by furthering the mission of the Church of England; (b) to care for and conserve the fabric and structure of the Cathedral Church building; (c) to advance any other charitable purposes which are ancillary to the furtherance of the above purposes

To develop the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities of the Isle of Wight in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society through access to social activity, information, education and accommodation

Provides practical support to individuals, communities, local authorities and businesses wanting to enhance their environment, reduce their use of natural resources and improve their lifestyles and local communities.

The main aims of the charity are the promotion of the Catholic religion and hospitality to all visitors to the Abbey, in the spirit of the Rule of St Benedict. To preserve the spiritual identity of the Abbey and its Benedictine community through maintenance projects to preserve the Abbey and its building; and running the Abbey's tea shop, farm shop and art gallery for the benefit of its visitors.

To promote social inclusion of disabled people in South East (1) by facilitating their involvement and participation in the planning and decision making structure of their communities, so that they can have equal rights and a voice and control over issues affecting their lives, and (2) by providing services including advice and guidance on welfare rights, health, housing and employment.

Promotion of the welfare and development of opportunities for people with physical and learning disabilities, dificulties in maintaining good mental health and others who may be disadvantaged in entering the job market.

Through its four support centres, Wessex Cancer Support provides free, local and personalised emotional support to anyone affected by cancer in Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight. Clients may have cancer themselves, be adjusting to life after cancer or supporting someone with cancer.

Providing a counselling service to young people up to the age of 25.Providing a counselling service for Under 13s.Providing a welfare service at local events (utilising volunteers).

With a focus on people in later life, Age Concern Isle of Wight provides information, advice and practical support to promote wellbeing, resilience and independence so that people can live in our Island community free from poverty, isolation and neglect.

The company's activities are the management and running of the West Wight Sports Centre, Freshwater, Isle of Wight for the benefit of clubs and the public. The company's charitable status embodies the provision of social welfare and facilities for recreation for the public's benefit.

Promote community safety in Hampshire by: Operating the Bobby Scheme providing free home security/safety surveys to the elderly & vulnerable including victims of crime. When appropriate practical intervention through fitting of security & safety devices Giving grants to schemes towards reducing crime & the risk of fire in homesOperate Driver Training to reduce death and injuries on our roads

Girlguiding South West England provides a range of activities and opportunities for girls and young women aged from 5 years to adult in Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey.

To relieve suffering from cardiovascular diseases primarily by supporting the work of the Wessex Cardiac Centre and working within the community of the Wessex Region. This is achieved by providing equipment, services and facilities to help patients and their relatives through the process of treatment, by funding research into the prevention, rehabilitation and cure of such diseases.

The advancement of the Catholic religion, principally though not exclusively through the maintenance of St Cecilia's Abbey and the community of Benedictine nuns who inhabit it and who celebrate daily in public the Divine Office, sung in Latin Gregorian Chant, and who minister to those seeking some share in the contemplative life through retreats and other contacts.

Provision of Swimming,Tuition,Life Guarding to the Ryde community

Animal welfare & rescue charity, providing a safe secure enviroment for all types of animals including wildlife until such time as they can be rehomed or successfully returned to the wild.In addition supplying advice on animal care and also welfare grants to eligible members of the public.
