People Matter IW is a User Led Organisation that provides a variety of services within the Community for people with support needs and support groups to ensure that the service users views are heard through a variety of means. Views are collected from groups and individual members and inform the decision makers of the issues.

Promotion of the conservation, protection, and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the Isle of Wight by the advancement of education and training for both the rural workforce and the general public.

The preservation and protection of the mental health, wellbeing and the relief of need for Armed Forces Veterans (both Regular and Reservist) or former members of the merchant marines and their family members by providing assessment, treatment, support, advice and advocacy. Operating in South East England, mainly Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

Supporting children, teenagers, young adults and their families, across the South Coast of England, having been diagnosed with cancer, and being treated at Southampton General Hospital. We offer financial and practical support through grant giving, and also we help families with the opportunity to make some family memories.

The Isle of Wight Citizens Advice Bureau provides advice which is free,independent and impartial and ensures that people know their rights and responsibilities. We support the community by local and national social policy involvement

Maintaining the fabric of Northwood House, both internally and externally, making if available for use by the Public and enabling the buildings and grounds to be maintained in a safe and secure environment.

Provision of a universal youth service for young people up to the age of 25 living in the Isle of Wight.

The object of Hampshire and Islands Area Meeting is the furtherance of the general religious and charitable purposes of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Britain in the area of Hampshire and Islands Area Meeting and beyond.

The Phoenix Project (IOW) provides a service where adults with learning disabilities and autism can spend time actively engaged in a variety of different activities tailored to suit the individuals needs.

The Shanklin Chine Trust makes the Shanklin Chine Historic Gorge available for school parties and other groups for tours and provides educational facilities to the local population and visitors to the Isle of Wight.

Our Mission is to increase the charitable funding that is available to voluntary organisations and community groups active in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We provide efficient donor and grant making services, which are open, accessible, and user friendly. We build a bridge between people who care about their local community and the wide range of voluntary and community groups needing help.

Steve Ross Foundation for the Arts is an independent organisation based at Quay Arts in Newport Isle of Wight. Its purposes are the fostering and development of artistic knowledge, practice and understanding for the education of the public in the arts, creative practice and their presentation and development.

The John Edgar Trust aims to enhance leadership and management skills within agriculture and the land-based industries. It is a Hampshire based registered charity dedicated to helping people achieve their potential in rural enterprises. The trust offers, through its management development scheme, a unique management training opportunity to people engaged in farming and land-based industries.

To relieve the need of people with disabilities who are in need of assistance through the provision of a suitably trained assistance dog and to train and educate them along with those responsible for the care and welfare of such persons in the use of such assistance dogs and to provide such additional services and facilities for their benefit as the trustees deem appropriate.

Through the power of creativity we create a healthier, happier, more fulfilled and connected society on the Isle of Wight. We are a pioneering creative health charity. We deliver co-created artistic programmes to support mental health, wellbeing and physical health.

We aim to relieve poverty and hardship by supplying e.g furniture of all kinds,clothing,bedding packs,kitchen packs to those in need working with local Authorities.We collect daily donated items of furniture it is then sorted at our project and redistributed out to our clients work in Hampshire and in Romania for 28 years supporting families supplying clothes, bedding,from our distribution base

To promote and protect physical and mental health by providing opportunities to access open spaces by harnessing the healing power of the natural environment, ecotherapy. It has sixty acres and will share the farm to provide vital access to open space for those in the community whose well-being would benefit most while also ensuring the habitat is protected and enhanced.

TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND IMPROVE THE SITE OF BRADING ROMAN VILLA. THE VILLA IS AN EXAMPLE OF A MARITIME COURTYARD VILLA WITH IN SITU MOSAICS OF THE 3RD CENTURY. IT IS AN ANCIENT SCHEDULED MONUMENT AND GRADE 1 LISTED BUILDING SET IN AN AREA OF OUSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT. THE MISSION OF THE TRUST IS TO CONSERVE AND DEVELOP THE VILLA SITE.
