We are an inclusive theatre company for young people in Islington. We give access to the transformative power of participation in the performing arts, irrespective of ability or income. We enable greater inclusion for those likely to be otherwise excluded: those with disabilities, mental health issues, or disadvantaged backgrounds. We do this through workshops, performances and community outreach.

We support Asian mothers who are fleeing domestic abuse. Our services enable women to gain support and understanding within a safe and confidential environment. We provide advocacy, guidance, emotional support, workshops, social activities, referrals and signposting. We currently employ 6 paid members of staff.

Our activities include weekly lunch and socials, food surplus, arts and crafts sessions, gardening and wellbeing sessions, family fun days, community interest faith and cultural groups, community hires and community festivals. As a strategic community hub, we support a wide range of TRA and ward partnership meetings.

To renovate and adapt the de-consecrated and derelict St. Paul's Church, Islington, a grade 2* listed building, to provide educational facilities which are occupied by the St. Paul's Steiner School and to provide a community space.

The objects of the Highgate Choral Society are the advancement of the art and culture of music by the presentation of concerts and other ancillary activities. We generally give 3 choral concerts each year in November, March and July at various north London venues, and a Family Carol Concert at St Michael's Church, Highgate in December. We rehearse on Monday evening during the academic year.

Support and assistance to prisoners, ex-prisoners and individuals who may be in prison but have not yet been convicted and / or sentenced to help their rehabilitation, transition and integration into society during the period prior to and following their release from prison and to seek to reduce the risk of offending or re-offending (as applicable) following their release.

To offer a supportive environment for young people parents/carers dealing with youth related issues, e.g. school exclusions and gang activity. Workshops as follows:Trading Places police young people, knife awareness, Bullying, Relationship, Baby me not, Consequences. Summer programs, Family support Health, Education, Employment, College,welfare, benefits, counselling, health, drug advice

The objects of the YHSA are to advance the education of the pupils in Yerbury School, in particular by;developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school;engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The principal purpose of the Church is the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination. The Church may also advance education and carry out other charitable purposes in the United Kingdom and/or other parts of the world.

The charity is run by a group of volunteers who provide assistance in minor emergencies. Examples of services provided are emergency plumbing and electrical repairs, vehicle breakdowns and assistance to people locked out of houses.

CSBC enables ordinary people to live out their faith and to come together as a community through: Worship and prayer, learning and growing in their relationships with God.Providing pastoral care for people living in Islington.Providing a hub for community activities such as the Islington Centre for Refugees & Migrants, Support Groups and other churches.Supporting mission & outreach work.

West Euston Partnership works jointly with public, private and voluntary sector organisations to address social and economic need in the community and improve the delivery of local services. Through local consultations working to unite and empower a diverse community; addressing health inequalities through health promotion projects; providing access to learning and training through careers advice.

Sunday meetings for Christian worship, preaching, missionary interest and junior church. Social Action includes meals for homeless and vulnerable adults five nights per week (assisted by other local churches). Enquirers' and marriage enrichment courses. Social gatherings. Outreach to older people through monthly fellowship meetings and lunches.

In addition to our own Sunday activities we support our congregation with regular bible study, prayer groups and training activities. For children we have Sunday Club, a playgroup and support for a number of out of school activities. we strongly support our local schools, care homes and our community in many different ways. We host a winter night shelter for the homeless with other local churches.

Sunday Morning Worship, Pastoral work carried out by the minister and other members, Friday Prayer & Bible Study, including fellowship meal, Friday Rainbow Club for children, Annual Holiday Bible Club for children, Summer Saturday Praise & BBQ services, Signing group, Social outings.

Finsbury Park Trust supports vulnerable people and responds to community need in order to improve the lives of all people in Finsbury Park. We support local people to take action to improve their lives for the better and respond to community need. The charity was established to play a pivotal role in regenerating the Finsbury Park neighbourhood, which lies on the corner of three boroughs.

At Islington Foodbank, we provide emergency food for individuals and families in crisis that lasts up to 3 days. We partner with local agencies and charities to assess clients with specific needs in order to issue food vouchers. Once the assessment is complete, our partners can issue a voucher to a client up to 3 vouchers in 6 months as a guideline.

The charity runs a weekly foodbank in the London Borough of Islington which is open to all residents of of Islington and the surrounding area without the need for referral. Because we are set up to ensure that people with financial difficulties do not go hungry we do not require a referral. Fresh and staple food, essential toiletries and household items are given to individuals and families.
