Dover Vineyard Church is an evangelical church based in Kent. We are creating a community which brings hope and joy to Dover by introducing people to Jesus and teaching them to live by his example. We are committed to the alleviation of poverty, especially that which effects children and helping all people become all they were created to be.

THE CHARITY WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE ALMSHOUSES FOR 17 POOR PERSONS OF EITHER SEX, MARRIED OR UNMARRIED AND BEING MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND OF WHOM, AS NEARLY AS POSSIBLE, SIX SHALL BE WOMEN AND ELEVEN SHALL BE MEN. ALMSPEOPLE SHALL HAVE RESIDED IN THE CITY OF CANTERBURY FOR NOT LESS THAN 7 YEARS AND SHALL BE PERSONS OF NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS OF AGE.

To provide education for children under statutory school age as per Ofsted regulations whilst encouraging parental participation.

We act for the local community. We hold social events for all the community such as disco's, bingo, including a playgroup and an over 60's club. We have a club house for members where we show live sport on both Sky and BT Sport. Castle Colts football club is affiliated to the Association.We have other activities such as Zumba, KungFu, Kick Boxing, Bootcamp and Slimming World.

Supporting families affected by Sickle cell in the Thames Valley area and raising awareness of Sickle Cell through our fundraising and awareness events.

RTWRT undertake Charitable events and our main event is an Annual Fireworks Display in Dunorlan Park, Tunbridge Wells attended by an estimated 10,000 people.

Preaching the gospel, helping people to find and be established in their faith. Helping people to develop good character based on love of God and love for humanity, thereby making a total better person out of individual and society at large.

Living On supports children and young people and their families in Orpington, Kent when someone they love has died. We run grief groups throughout the year that aim to bring families and children together in order that they feel they are not alone. We also have a Buddy service which is when a family has just lost a loved one, we connect with the family and provide support.

Principally provision of a food bank

We give grants, not exceeding 5000, to local and national charitable organisations supporting young people to help them get a proper start in life, for example by facilitating technical training. We also support charities helping the physically handicapped, those who are severely deaf and blind, hospice-care for the terminally ill, and nature conservancy.

Provides support to the Astor Community Theatre by raising funds to create and enhance the available opportunities for arts and music activities, education workshops, apprenticeship schemes, capital expenditure project and events to local communities of East Kent.

Provider of facilities for the inhabitants of the parish and its surrounds, and for organisations serving the community.

To assist in the relief of suffering and distress among persons endangered by accidents or natural hazards in the lowland areas of Kent, particularly by providing adequate arrangements for the secure and efficient search and rescue of any person or persons so endangered.

CAEA is a umbrella organisation, its main activities to educate and train as young as 4 to 18 years in Tamil and Eastern Arts, through the community school "South London Tamil School"Secondly we cater for our young and the youth with activities advice and counsellingThirdly we endeavour to address the needs of our elderly population of the community with activities advice and counselling as

Dartford District Scout Council develops, manages and supports scouting in the Dartford area through the provision of activities, training for young people and adult leaders and general support for Scout groups in the district.The district supports 12 groups, 6 Explorer units, a District Network, Active Support unit and Shop

Monkton Under Fives Playgroup is a committee run playgroup for children from 2 to 4 years. Sessions are held from 9am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday during term time only.

To care for and re-home unwanted, abandoned or homeless cats and kittens in the Kent area, including the provision of sanctuary pens, boarding facilities, fostering, veterinary treatment and help with veterinary costs for cat owners and adopters on low income. To promote and improve the welfare of cats and kittens, including the running of a shop selling donated goods to support the cattery.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of tennis.

Preschool in Dartford Area

Relief of animals suffering from injury sickness ill treatment maltreatment or neglect including accomodation for unwanted and homeless animals. Education to prevent suffering and clinics for reception treatment and if necessary painless destruction of animals beyond all help.

To advance education, preserve and protect the good health and relieve financial hardship of children, young people and families living in Kampala, Uganda and the surrounding area, in such ways as the trustees shall see fit.Working in partnership with the Stephen Jota Children's Centre to help support families devastated by poverty and illness.
