Our area of benefit is coterminous with the London Borough of Lambeth (though we are an entirely independent foundation). We exist for the relief of poverty amongst Lambeth residents (mainly under 30 years of age) and we do this by promoting education (broadly defined). Our aim is to offer a 'hand up', not a 'hand out', and to 'tackle poverty by creating opportunity'.

CAYSH provides housing, support and advice to young people (aged 16 to 25). Our charitable objectives are the relief of poverty, hardship, distress in particular, the provision of advice, affordable accommodation and support. CAYSH also established (and wholly owns) a Community Interest Company providing Concierge security services for residents of other providers' supported housing.

The charity offers support to vulnerable families including very young parents both by the provision of residential family centres and in the community.

The objects of the charity are for such charitable purposes which advance religious and other charitable work for the time being carried on by or under the direction of the society as trustees with approval of the Superior shall from time to tome think fit.

To upholding the rights and dignity of the individual and family, within a holistic model of support, embracing diversity, while addressing inequalities through community representation, development and advocacy. Providing 'specialist' packages of Domiciliary Care that transcend detailed knowledge of the Community's faith, values, customs, languages and dietary needs beyond that of basic needs.

Provide high quality sports coaching and participation activities to young people in and out of formal education. Use sport to reach groups such as those who have social or physical disadvantages and provide a variety of opportunities for young people to gain key life skills and qualifications. Partner with local, regional and national organisations to promote a healthy and active lifestyle

Across 9 boroughs of inner London, XLP provides support for disadvantaged young people aged 10-21 including:In-class support, literacy and numeracy,clubs in schools and PRU's;Support on estates through 3 Community double decker buses, mobile recording studios and sports and fitness programmes ;A Performing Arts programmes for young people;Mentoring and Ready for Work programmes

THE HOLDING OF REGULAR WORSHIP SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF SPIRITUAL ENRICHMENT THROUGH THE CHRISTIAN FAITH.

To promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for the playing of and development of cricket and other sports capable of improving health.

CBCS acts as an umbrella organisation for voluntary run childcare. CBCS operates some childcare services direct - these include out of school care, playgroup provision and creche facilities - as well as a toy library service and payroll facilities for member childcare groups.

The Advocacy Academy trains young people to engage in collective action to improve their communities and tackle social issues that directly affect them.

Southwark Citizens Advice Bureaux Service aims to provide free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information for the benefit of the local community, to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services and to ensure individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge or an inability to express their needs effectively.

Securing the most basic freedoms for people requires frontline activists challenging injustice and building on-the-ground demand for change. The Fund for Global Human Rights UK helps human rights defenders get the funding needed to sustain and strengthen their work. The overall goal is to improve justice, accountability and equality and to ensure that gains are sustainable over the long term.

Southwark Playhouse is a leading London theatre venue that presents a year round programme of work by new and emerging theatre artists and practitioners. Alongside this work the organisation offers a year round curriculum support programme working in a large number of Southwark schools, and a peer-led youth theatre for local young people (16-25) offering arts activities and training initiatives.

Stanley Arts aims to be one of South London's premiere arts and performance venues, providing our local community with a vital home for cultural expression and discovery. As a radically inclusive space we seek to foreground under-represented voices, providing artists of colour and LGBTQIA creatives with a platform to reach out to audiences across South London and beyond.

Relief of the aged poor by provision of housing and associated amenities and housing management services provided to other almshouse charities

Established in the 1930s as a philanthropic educational project, Oval House developed as a specialist arts centre in the 1960s, maintaining a strong educational core to the work while establishing an identity as a seed-bedding space for some of Britain's most cutting edge new artists. The work falls into three areas, of equal policy priority:Theatre, Youth Arts and Arts in Education.

Bankside Open Spaces Trust aims to bring people together to create inspiring urban green places. It does this by running consultations, bringing together steering groups, holding events, managing major works, looking after gardens, working in partnerships, holding gardening sessions, commenting on plans and strategies, enabling volunteers and providing resources to support balcony gardeners.

CCM works to advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public. We hold weekly Sunday services and multiple one-off events. We also provide grants & services to individuals in need (within and outside our congregations) and support other charities and organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty. We use our building & staff to provide services to the general public.
