The Joint Advisory Committee met on 13th July 2012 to discuss the scheme of allocation for 2012/13. The total allocations approved amounted to 46,500 and were awarded to Lancashire County Council, Burnley Borough Council and various individuals and voluntary organisations. In addition the fund made a separate allocation of 5,000 to the Burnley Mechanics Institure Trust.
