We offer 24/7 emotional support by telephone, email, webchat and face to face to anyone who is in distress and despair including people who are feeling suicidal. We also do outreach work in schools and prisons and also have partnership with Network Rail.

To advance the physical education of young people by providing youth football opportunities for young players in the Bolton and Bury districts.

Whalley Village Hall exists for the benefit of the inhabitants of Whalley and neighbourhood by associating with voluntary and other organisations, in a common effort to advance education, social welfare and recreation and with the object of improving the condition of life for said inhabitants.

The Village Hall is held in trust for the use and enjoyment by the inhabitants of the Parishes of Balderstone, Osbaldeston and local areas by way of meetings, lectures, classes, clubs and other forms of recreation and enjoyment.

To promote traditional Scottish Country Dance & Music in the Ribble Valley Area. Weekly classes are provided at beginner and intermediate level; six practice events were held, open to all. Members of the branch are required to belong to the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (a Scottish charity). At the year end there were 60 members.

We provide wheelchairs/Electric scooters to enable people with mobility problems to get around the local shops and services.

Promoting religion in Morecambe and the surrounding area according to the doctrine of the Free Church of England. Planting Churches. Providing support for local charities and services for the local community.Joining in Ecumenical Services and other activities via the local "Churches Together" group.

Member Lancaster Canal Regeneration Partnership.Canal RestorationInstallation/maintenance of information boards, signage, canal side seats in liaison with CRT.Monitors canal side planning applications.Holds regular volunteer working parties for specific projects.Provides boat trips, talks, public meetings, canal festivals, shows etc for publicity, recruitment and fundraising

The charity's objective is to provide facilities for leisure & recreational pursuits in the interest of social welfare for elderly persons, with the object of improving their quality of life through our dance, whist, craft & other such sessions which are available all year round. Membership is kept as low as reasonably possible, to be available to everyone, especially those with limited means.

The charity educates the public in operatic and dramatic arts by performing mixed music concerts and a full stage show

The charity manages a recreation field in the centre of the village of Ribchester. It is responsible for the facilities on behalf of the local community including repairs, improvement and management of the playing field.

Fundraising and related activities to support a school in India.

We provide football coaching for able bodied, disabled and disadvantaged children aged 3.5 to 16, girls only, BAME girls only, disabled adults over 16 years and refugee/asylum seekers adults and children. We provide opportunities for young people and adults to obtain FA coaching qualifications.

Village hall offering facilities for community groups and societies also available for private hire.

Our main activity is the provision of suicide prevention training to the parents, friends, family and carers responsible for safeguarding young people across Lancashire, including in schools, colleges, universities and clubs. We also promote awareness of the importance of suicide prevention ,encouraging positive mental health and suicide awareness at all levels of education

To attend generally to the welfare of all boxer dogs in the North of England in need of care and attention or re-homing. To promote kindness to animals, encouraging and educating on repsonsible pet ownership

Prevention or relief of poverty in the area of benefit primarily by providing food and essentials. Advance education of the public. Promoting provision of facilities for leisure or recreation for those who need or for the public at large . To improve life for local inhabitants and any other project deemed charitable by the trustees.

The Association administers the Cottam Community Centre.
