Community groups work together to secure external funding for community projects and to provide help and assistance to each other on community consultation and community events. We work with Hyndburn Borough Council to secure 'Green Flag' status for our parks and as a forum for raising concerns and sharing best practice for the way our green spaces are managed.

To make grants in pursuit of charitable objects described below.

We raise funds to provide community public access automated external defibrillators for the benefit of local communities, training on their use and advice and assistance relating to the acquisition of AED's and installations within communities across the North West of England

The charity promotes Ireland and Irish culture . We run conferences,talks and educational trips.

To promote & encourage in the Lytham St. Annes area by meetings, exhibitions, lectures, publications & promotions of a charitable nature:-+? A careful watch on the town's development-+? Focus public attention on the importance of enlightened town planning & imaginative design-+? Stimulate interest in & consideration of the preservation of features of historical interest & beauty in the town.

The Choir's mission is to practice and perform choral and orchestral works of educational and artistic merit.

GENERAL CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE SCHOOL

The activities we have is bingo and dominoes, we also have dancing and also a chat where they all have a good say about whats going on. I have quite a few that are disabled and enjoy coming and getting out, when its someone's birthday we make a party for them then they are not alone.

Receiving and passing on regular and specific donations to individuals whose training/work meets the objects of the Trust.

Once a year we donate a sum of money to a local charity chosen by our members. We hold events during the year to raise money for this purpose.

Providing financial backing and volunteer advisors, to adult school's in Lancashire.

Parent Teacher and Friends Association - Raising vital funds for extra resources for the school

Our PTFA runs regular events such as school discos, Christmas & Summer Fairs, duck race in the village and events such as a race night in order to raise funds to support the school. The charity is based at the Primary school but on some occasions local venues such as the community centre are used to hold events.
