Leeds Permaculture Network provides educational activities including courses, public workshops, open days and events.

Supporting Out of School Hours Activities for young people up to the age of 25;and training for adult leaders of such activities.Dissemination of activity information to young people directly and via school heads of year.Collection and transmission of Section 507B referrals.

The objects of the charity are to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts and to assist and further such charitable institutions and charitable purposes as the committee shall from time to time determine. The charity achieves these objects by public performances in various forms by its volunteer members.

The Church is engaged in various community work within the local area through activities such as bible based teachings, Christian based counselling, payers, general fellowship, sporting, musical instrument lessons, etc. The church encourages members to conform, maintain and uphold societal values and norms as stipulated by the UK government.

To promote the conservation, maintenance and study of places and objects of botanical, zoologi- cal, geological, ecological or scientific interest in the Parish of East Keswick and elsewhere by:-a. establishing, forming, owning and maintaining sanctuaries or reserves for the conservation of flora and fauna;b. promoting the education of the public, particularly young people.

The object of the charity is to apply the clear income in relieving the need among clergy, deaconesses and licensed lay workers who are resident in or have served in the Diocese of Leeds and among persons who are dependent relatives of any members of the clergy by making grants of money.

The current activities of the charity are:- Continue with membership fees collection from members.- Campaigning and preparing for purchasing a property to be used as a charity shop as well as an office for the charity.- Continuing conducting cultural days for the Darfur and Massaleit Community.The activities are carried in England & Wales.

D:SIDE IS A COMPREHENSIVE DRUG & ALCOHOL EDUCATION PROGRAMME THAT ENCOURAGES CHILDREN TO MAKE POSITIVE & HEALTHY LIFE-CHOICES WHILST PROMOTING A PRO-ACTIVE ATTITUDE TO LIFE. WE FOCUS ON DEVELOPING THE CHILDREN'S KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTITUDE, WHILST EQUIPPING THEM WITH THE APPROPRIATELIFE SKILLS TO SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE SENSITIVE SITUATIONS WITH PEERS & ENCOURAGE A POSITIVE APPROACH TO LIFE.

As a Christian charity we aim to spread the gospel and to help those in need according to God's word. We want to outreach to children & the elderly we also aim to minister to people in prison. We want to provide people with spiritual care & guidance but we also help in practical and financial ways if we can.

Grace Gospel Church gathers for Worship, preaching the Gospel of Christ, Bible study and prayer and is involved in outreach to asylum speakers, giving practical help such as clothes and transport as well as spiritual guidance and friendship. The outreach is mainly to the Ethiopian and Eritrean community, but the church holds conferences that are open to anyone to attend.

To act as a centre for the teaching Buddhism (Theravada) as well as Meditation and Mindfulness. The charity works to enhance the psychological and social well being of community groups in the North of England and encourage fostering of harmony and cohesion among them. The charity also engages in organising Buddhist cultural events.

TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT OF LEEDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE HOLDING OF CHURCH MEETINGS, LECTURES AND SEMINARS AND ALSO THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT OF LEEDS.

To provide activities for the members of the Scout group

Provide financial support to families and their children up to the age of 18 suffering from a brain tumour or any type of childhood cancer attending Ward 6 at Sheffield Childrens Hospital. We raise money by doing fund-raising activities in the UK. We support all attendees of Ward 6 who request funding regardless of their home address.

U3A Leeds is devoted to lifelong learning, providing opportunities for those in the Leeds area no longer in full time employment to share skills and interests by learning together.We hold fortnightly general meetings, usually with a speaker, and have special interest groups where members can share their knowledge, skills, and experiences.

TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS

WE RUN LEEDS BUDDHIST CENTRE TO EXPLORE AND SHARE THE DHARMA WITH OTHERS. WE PRACTISE LIVING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TEACHINGS OF THE BUDDHA IN OUR COMMUNITY AND WIDER LIVES. THE CHARITY IS RUN BY A COUNCIL OF TRUSTEES (DIRECTORS): ORDER MEMBERS AND MITRAS WITH A FORMAL CONNECTION WITH THE TRIRATNA BUDDHIST ORDER AND COMMUNITY. THE CENTRE IS RUN IN THE CONTEXT OF THE TRIRATNA BUDDHIST COMMUNITY.
