Sue Young Cancer Support in Leicestershire and Rutland provides practical and emotional support to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Our services are available to cancer patients, their families and carers. Our support can last for many weeks, months or even years - as long as it is needed by the individual.

The Trust makes grants to assist people living in Leicestershire & Rutland who are in financial need, hardship or distress. Grants can be made to both individuals and organisations.

The charity's principal aims are to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by any means the directors see fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals and to further such charitable purpose or purposes as the directors in their absolute discretion shall think fit.

Leicester Nirvana is a football club that caters for children from the age of 5 years through to men's, encompassing a mini soccer section, a junior section and a youth section. Also provided is a specific participation development academy for community members not in organised football. Streetvibe is a service that uses informal educational methods to engage with young people, offering them someone to talk too, somewhere to go and something to get involved with. All of Streetvibe's services are aimed at young people's voluntary engagement and are open to all. Most of the engagement with young people is through both structured and unstructured group work sessions.
