Medway Asthma Self-Help (MASH) is committed to making information about asthma available to all people in Medway. It also provides access to professional help for people with asthma, and their carers, in Medway. It works closely with local health providers and other community organisations.

To enable ordinary people to live out their faith as part of our parish community through:- Provision of regular and varied services- Provision of opportunities for spiritual growth and discussion - Reaching out into the wider community- Ensuring St Mary Magdalene Church is financial viable- Maintaining and building ecumenical partnerships- Complying with Health and Safety Standards

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the local and surrounding area by the establishment of and maintenance/management of our community centre for associated activities.

Relief of need and educational purposes for residents & parish of Cliffe at Hoo, Rochester, Kent.

We operate a village/community hall

We offer the community the following services:Sunday Family service, house groups, weekday children's clubs in our church and local school, Youth drop in centre, trip for youth group, counselling, emotional, spiritual, practical and finacial support for those who need it, Outreach days. Weddings, Funerals, Dedications, and Baptisms held. We support local charities.

Medicine Buddha Foundation has been providing spiritual and non-spiritual services to the Buddhist community since 2002. We are the only Vietnamese Buddhist temple in the greater London area. Medicine Buddha Foundation aims to advance the Buddhist religion and religious education in particular Vietnamese Mayahana Buddhism in London and the surrounding area in particular.

Involve and educate young men and women, in their leisure time, with interests and activities designed to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities by making grants and donations to suitable charities and other organisations. Income is derived from covenants, donations, grants and investments.

Our objects are:1 - the promotion of efficiency of The Parachute Regt & Airborne Forces2 - the relief of need, hardship & distress amongst past & present members ofThe Parachute Regt, Airborne Forces & their dependents;3 - the promotion & maintenance of the heritage of The Parachute Regiment & Airborne ForcesWe are controlled & our operations overseen by a board of trustees

We hold religious, social and cultural functions and collective Hindu worship. Our youth wing learns and exhibits folk and cultural dances/songs at our events and is a very active group. We run a senior citizens' group that meets once a week and engages in physical, social, cultural and religious activities.

To provide financial support firstly to local registered charities and secondly to assist national charities especially those nominated by our National Association (RIBI), thirdly to provide aid to disaster areas worldwide channelled through the Rotary International and lastly to support the Rotary Foundation.

To provide for the advancement of public education by the provision of the museum comprising the collection together with such other exhibits or items as may from time to time be compromised in the trust fund to preserve the same as a collection. To establish and support other charitable institutions formed for objects similar to the objects set out above.

Events to raise money include Summer and Christmas Fairs, present sales for Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Christmas. The Charity put on educational events for the children and also buy items that are desirable by the School.

FUND RAISING EVENTS

To provide support and development of young persons through pursuits via weekly meetings and nights away through camping to secure an indepandant and confident approach in activities a young person may never have encountered. Team work is strongly encompassed in many activities and at all times the long established spirit of the scouting association is promoted.

Music organisation (brass band); promoting brass band music through public and private events such as contests, concerts and entertainment.

Provide building / facilities for charitable purposes

Specifically for the upkeep, repair & maintenance of St Margaret's Church Rainham and its churchyard.

HearSay provides professional counselling to children, adolescents, adults and families affected by a range of impairing conditions such as mental illness, behavioural or emotional problems, arising from physical and/or sensory disabilities, or other disabilities, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It is based in Maidstone, Kent.

The restoration, preservation, and maintenance, for the public benefit the historic vessels known as M.T. Kent and M.T. Fearnought and/or such other vessels as may come into the custody or ownership of the C.I.O. This is achieved via the efforts of volunteer deck and engine room staff. Based in No 1 Basin Chatham Maritime. We visit as many maritime events in the east and south east as possible.
