All our charitable activities focus on theadvancement of the Christian religion and the relief of poverty and sickness.a. Ministering every week to the spiritual needs of the people through bible study, prayer meetings,counselling sessions and personal development meetings.

We support families through separation and divorce to reduce trauma that this can have on them and children involved. We offer a number of services supported and supervised contact (where there is a risk). Support groups for adults and children to assist them in moving forward positively. We also support children and families maintain or renew contact when they are separated through adoption.

The provision of amateur sport (basketball) for children and young people and the general public, through providing buildings/facilities/open spaces; services; and advocacy/advice/information, in England and Wales.

- providing regular public worship open to all- teaching Christianity through sermons, small groups and courses- providing youth groups with a Christian ethos- promoting the whole mission of the church through activities for senior citizens, parents & toddlers and other groups- pastoral work including visiting the sick and bereaved- supporting mission and other Christian charities.

The Trust's main aim is to support programmes which reduce offending and reoffending, promote entrepreneurship amongst the young and disadvantaged, and tackle other challenges such as homelessness and addiction.

The All Saints Community Project operates a community Cafe at the Community Centre and also provides a community space for information and advice, training, a computer centre, access to Food bank, English language classes, lunch club, children's activities and craft sessions.

Promote the religious and charitable work of the Church of England; providing extra support for all/any of the charitable purposes to which the capitular revenues of the Chapter of Rochester Cathedral are applicable, especially the preservation, maintenance and development of Rochester Cathedral.

Collection, collation and dissemination of biological, geological and habitat data

Poppins Nursery and Pre School is a charity run nursery for children 2-5 years of age.

Provide day care for children from 2 to 5 with educational activities.

COMMUNIGROW enables communities to realise the educational & wellbeing benefits of sustainable horticulture and growing in practical field sessions and activities for schools and community groups. It teaches people how to grow chemical free food, using environmentally friendly methodologies and using the therapeutic benefits of gardening to bring positive change to physical and mental wellbeing.

The churches of the charity celebrate public worship; teach the Christian faith; engage with the local community through mission, evangelism and social outreach; pastoral care including visiting the sick and bereaved; and the provision of facilities with a Christian ethos for the local community.

The charity is established to provide and maintain medical equipment, facilities and personnel required for the treatment of babies needing intensive and special care.

Charitable foundation providing grants to various charities and other community bodies, primarily within Kent.

Promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the church: pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. The PCC's responsibilities include the financial management of the parish, the care and maintenance of the church fabric, the churchyard and property directly owned by the PCC.

Administration of St Philip & St James Parish Church

For the the relief and assistance of the homeless and people in crisis throughout Medway and surrounding areas. Second Chance aims to stop the revolving door of evictions for vulnerable families, providing services which include awareness, education, incentives and support for landlords; financial education and varied support programs towards independent living in the Community.

Regular public worship, prayer, Bible study, preaching and teaching; Baptism, as defined by the Union's Declaration of Principle; the Communion of the Lord's Supper; evangelism and mission; teaching, encouragement, welcome and inclusion of all people; nurture and growth of Christian disciples; education and training for Christian and community service; pastoral care.

Provides support for pet owners to pay vet's bills and food costs for their pets.Re-homes unwanted and abandoned pets.
