To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment anywhere in our operational area; To provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation within the objective of improving the conditions of life for those living and working in our operational area; to advance public education in environmental matters.

The charity supports, provides advice, advocacy, and signposting to men, and women who have suffered domestic abuse and violence, sexual abuse, rape, sexual assault and historical child sexual abuse. The charity works across North and North East Lincolnshire through the provision of paid staff (3 Independent Domestic Violence Advisors and 2 Independent Sexual Violence A) and volunteers.

People of all ages, often with complex underlying issues, are supported to overcome the barriers that prevent them moving into education, training or employment. The Umbrella Charity of Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust covers Diana Princess of Wales Hospital Charity, Scunthorpe General Hospital Charity, Goole District Hospital Charity, NHS North Lincolnshire Charity and North East Lincs CTP Charity. Funds are used for the Benefit and Welfare of our patients and staff.

To relieve the suffering of animals that are in need of care and attention. In particular, to provide, build or maintain kennels or other facilities for the reception and care of unwanted animals and the treatment of sick and ill treated animals and to find suitable permanent homes for such animals.

We undertake all aspects of property repairs and adaptations to enable elderly, vulnerable or disabled people to remain in their own home with greater independence. We assist these clients in applying for grants, where available, to enable the work to be carried out. We offer a handyperson service which covers home security, safety, small repairs and home maintenance.

Active Humber is a charitable company whose purpose is to help people of all ages and backgrounds to improve their health and well-being by taking part in regular physical activity and sport.Active Humber is also one of the 42 Active Partnerships located across England and as such receives funding from Sport England to carry out several functions to help achieve the Sport England strategy.

The charity's aim is to help and educate young people to develop their physical, mental, moral and spiritual activities and capacities. Three principal activities to achieve this are: The provision of residential and day retreat experiences at the Briars Catholic Youth Retreat Centre. The provision of an outreach ministry. PATT Foundation currently works to campaign for better environmental practices, take action against climate change, implement small to medium tree planting projects as well as set up tree nurseries, provide environmental education. The charity also supports veterans welfare via nature based therapy courses and engagement on nature based tasks to support post traumatic growth.

Provides support for Church of England Schools throughout the diocese of Lincoln (Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire). Promotes a christian ethos within these schools and their communities. Provides training in the teaching of Religious Education, school Improvement consultancy and services, governor and senior teacher training. Hosts schools festivals and other events.

Engaging with communities to improve their quality of life, wellbeing and skills through innovative and engaging projects which encourage people to get outdoors, be more active and develop new skills, primarily in the Yorkshire and Humber area, in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs. These activities aid carbon reduction through cycles and horticulture.

Matthew's Hub is a support service for autistic people and with ADHD aged over 13 without a learning disabilityWe provide advice and support in relation to employment, education, housing, benefits, health, and diagnosis to our members and those who care about them.Our autism and ADHD awareness training, is delivered by neurodivergent members of staff, with appropriate academic qualifications.
