The charity aims to raise funds in order to make donations to Tickenham Church of England Primary school to help enrich the curriculum for all children attending the school

The objects of the CIO are the advancement of amateur sport by promoting the community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the residents of Churchill, Somerset and the surrounding area by (A) the provision of facilities for playing cricket;(B) encouraging and developing where possible the cricketing skills and knowledge of senior and junior members

The object of the Charity is to advance the education of pupils in Mendip Green Primary School in particular by:- Developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school.- Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The trust awards financial grants to alleviate the hardship faced by those seeking refuge from the Ukrainian war in Bristol and North Somerset. Its first beneficiaries are a family of Ukrainian refugees. In addition to financial support the Welcome Bureau volunteers have offered donated goods to furnish a property, support to settle in the UK and support to gain a place at Bristol Grammar school.

Fundraising activities for the benefit of West Leigh Infant School. This involves organising fundraising events such as the Summer Fayre, Christmas Fayre, Quiz night, cake and ice cream sales so that donations could be made towards the school

Working with socially excluded groups to use the Arts as a tool for personal and community development.

The charity provides a centre in the Bristol area for members of the public to learn and practice Zen meditation and to study the teaching and practice of Soto Zen Buddhism.

Helping elderly people in need, hardship or distress

Custodian Trustees of property and investments owned by individual Baptist Churches. Providing advice and guidance in relation to charity law and the advancement of Christian religion especially by the means of and in accordance with the principles of the Baptist denomination as set out for the time being in the Declaration of Principle of The Baptist Union of Great Britain.

Providing lectures and bursaries

The charities activities are to give young people in North Somerset the opportunity to learn, play and perform in a brass band. To enable them to do this they play a wide variety of music and play at many different venues throughout the school year.

School PTA run by parents who organize fundraising activities for the school only. Activities include Summer Fayre/School discos/dressdown days/quiz night/Xmas events and various other related events.

Choral society holds regular practices and performs concerts three times a year.

We are a Carol Party who sing at Christmas and raise funds for charity
